I got a new smoker on the weekend and would like to know if any of you have a recipe (method) for smoking walleye. I tried some yesterday and while it's very tasty, it's not quite what I'm looking for. I did it with wine, lemons, parsley and cayenne pepper. Thanks

Keep a two foot length of weed edger cord in the boat. Once the motor is running, stick the cord down the pee hole...that'll take care of it.

A short report from last night on the Larry. I was out for 2 hours or so...5PM till 7. I got 6 for 6 then wrapped her up. The walleyes are on the feed. Smallest was 26" Took them all on a down deep husky jerk (blue and gold) 4' behind a 2 ounce bottom bouncer. Surface temp was 61F. Was running 1.8 to 2.2 mph. upstream. Here's a pic of the one I brought home. (26")
