  1. The whole boater's competency card thing is a sham anyway but, seeing as you have to get it done, don't go the fly by night route. Do it with the power and sail squadron in your area and at least for the same $ learn something in the process.
  2. I was only 7-8 when Hazel hit but I remember it well. I remember that as a kid, it was my first true appreciation for the power of nature.
  3. That'll be a change eh?
  4. Roy

    Wow

I'd never seen it Joe.....spectacular shot!
  5. Thanks Bud...yeah, Dan's a good dude. Rarely see anyone as dedicated to his job and to the people who have to count on him.
  6. I'd love to help you skinny but I have no idea what the secret handshake is.
  7. Terry, if worse comes to worse and you don't find the info you're looking for, stop in at the Falls Hospital. A detox is only a part of its vocation. The boss there, Dr. Daniel Lebel, is my nephew and an avid fisherman. He'll point you in the right direction.
  8. You and Buck have a safe trip and a great season in the south.
  9. I don't know either Raf. Maybe if you give this number a call: Pete's Place boat launch. Address: Near | Parry Sound, ON Tel: 1 705 378-0685

  14. They look like great baits Jacques! You should do well with them. Curious of one thing though...why have you added a 'T' to your sig. on the baits?
  15. I don't recall numbers of muskies for specific years but it's safe to say that Lew has caught and posted more muskies on this board than most people will ever catch in their lifetime.
  16. You're still there Wayne...
  17. Nice fish there Roger. Glad you made it out and had a good time.
  18. I can see them....you have a PM.
  19. Where are they stored Roger?
  20. Fantastic report Simon!!! Thanks!
  21. 65lb+ braid with a 130lb 36" leader is the way to go.
  22. He usually sends them to Roy!
  23. The last time I fished Bronte was September 27th, 1976.
  24. Yeah, they appear to be of good quality, Fisherman. You can start a thread in the Announcements section but you can't post to an existing thread. This was done to keep announcements as just that, announcements. We can talk about them here all we want.
