Can you image if these spammers put a honest effort into something... But we know that's not going to happen.......

Yes, bigger stick baits and for some reason BLUE Rapala's trolled slowly making S turns work well. Jointed Rapala's dive deeper than sticks.......If you want to keep the lure up and out of the weeds either use HEAVEY mono line like 20/30# or put a round bobber about 6-7" in front of the lure. I have caught walleye's casting at night on rock piles as shallow as 12" but that is in the spring. Now you MUST report back on your results. Good Luck, Bob

Thanks Rick you're doing a GREAT job. Bob

Bring it on.......own one first then post.......I have had the Fix Or Repair Daily trucks and the trucks built by Government Motors and that exactly why I am now a proud owner of a TUNDRA.....
-
It CERTAINLY does get better than that and as a matter of fact, MUCH better......(see below) This is one SWEET RIDE..... and pulls like a mule....
-
I use to have a Ford but that was before I had a job...LOL... TUNDRA is now my sweet ride.......

Blowing seals....that sound serious........ I have had many different sonar units from the Lowrance old green box to my most modern one, a Lowrance LMS 520c.......using each I have learned a lot about how to read bottoms that can show hard bottom, rock, mud etc....... using them and studying them all the while you are on the water makes you a much better angler. I could read fish even with that first old green box model from Lowrance from back in the 70's..... With all that said the more powerful new units that are available today are the cat's meow, especially now with GPS and Navionic's mapping. If you fish big waters this is almost a must have, but not so much for those fishing very small lakes, ponds or small rivers. The unit that you have shown in your first post was one of the top of the lines in it's days.......it's very capable of reading fish. BTW I have never had a problem with the more powerful units scarring fish in shallow water applications.

LOL.........do you know what a Triple Dawg Dare will get you up here........get your tongue ready for a COLD flag pole son.......... Know you do realize BIG FISH (up here in God's country) are not those crummy things you boys south of the Dixie line call "catfish"......up here they are called........well you know where this is going and I don't want to upset them catfish chasers......here kitty, here kitty......LOL....

Someone's been out in the heat too long........ For the past 10 days or so it's been hot n' steamy........ Fish have relocated in the Great Lake somewhat, but you know basically where they are. Now if I was coming from somewhere from like the south like 'Bama I would stay put knowing that some big FISH would pull you overboard.........

Most seals leak because of TOO MUCH grease pumped into the bearing buddies.

There is a nice launch next to Pine Vista Resort. It's on Gilchrist road that runs off of county road 6. It leas into Gilchrist Bay......parking is extra there. It's on the south side of the lake just about mid lake.....

There are dual purpose batteries like the Delco Voyager battery that works great in these situations. I have one on my boat now for about 8-9 years.......so long I really can't remember how old it really is. Bob

Twice I have sent Fenwick rod "blanks" back because they broke (cousin's fault) and both times they sent replacement blanks back with no questions asked. No receipts were sent.

I have used several brands and IMHO Cannon are the best in manual and electric.

I believe it's a lifetime warranty......... Edited to add this that was copied and pasted from Cabela's: The original that all others merely imitate. The HMG has all the durability and strength of a fiberglass rod - without the fiberglass. Its secret lies in Carbon Veil technology. This innovative construction technique employs multidirectional random graphite fiber material that's been layered to improve crush strength. Fuji® graphite reel seats. Fuji Hardloy® guides with Concept guide spacing. Limited Lifetime Warranty

I have had 4X4 Fords and GM's and the best advice I can give you now is take a LONG and HARD look at the Toyota Tundra's. This is one REFINED SOLID truck.......you have your choice of the small V8 (4.7) or the Big Boy V8 (5.7) with it's 6 speed double overdrive tranny. If you are serious about towing 4-5K then you will be making a huge mistake getting any V6 engine. At least check out this Tundra site while your still looking. http://www.toyota.com/tundra/

It did on my compass but I have a compensation adjustment on the compass that corrected most of the problem.

Where are all the walleye pictures....

You are posting many things that are not true in the least. You need to study up on these topics and get back to us once you know what you are talking about.......

Not really, I was fishing Stoney Lake in June and returned to the USA without any problems what so ever without a passport....

I have been hearing great things about the HDS units....a bit on the pricey side but nice.....I have a LMS 520c unit on the bow and console which is also a nice set up (networked together).
