I had a guy come in to my work with a brand new F150. He parked the truck, and went for a hike with his family. When they came back his tire was flat. I noticed him trying to get it off, so offered some help. That tire would not come off that truck. We tried everything from a 12lb sledge hammer, to a bottle jack against the frame!!! We eventually just put a plug in the tire and got him going, but my lord we worked hard trying to get it off! Glad yours wasnt the same Lew, and if it was my truck i'd be doing something about it too. S.

Rice is pretty much froze over too. I wanted to duck hunt, but cant find an open launch. There is lots of open water, you just cant get a boat in. You could almost icefish muskies on scugog lol S.

Ive had a flip over for years, and love them, but im really considering a pop up for this season. You get a lot more space for the weight, and they really do set up easy. For run and gun fishing, and eaase of transport though, you cant beat a flip over. S.

I built a 16x24 for about 8G all in myself. Built on a pad with a second floor loft up top. Thats finished, but no heat/inslation, and I did all the work myself. S.

My boat has PT wood everywhere and havent had an issue. I call Bull on the whole PT/aluminum debate. Mine is newer PT on bare aluminum. 5 years, no sign of corrosion anywhere. S.

Yeah, sanitize your tap, sample raw, untreated water, and dont touch or set the bottle cap down. Its easy to mess up a water sample. Try it again. S.

Heres a few from when I was just a kid. Probably early 80's....maybe late 70's. Hauling the cod trap off the northern peninsula of NFLD. The good old days. I wish I never had to leave there. Yep, broke off many studs on our work vehicles changing over to snows. New steel is crap. Seem to go through a lot of bearings these days too....wheel bearings especially. I dont even want to mention brake parts....total garbage. I can change a flat tire pretty quick. Done it many times. I have this thing with bblowing tires and having random stuff put holes in them. A bit of a curse. S.
