Largies... no problem... pike, musky, spring time walleye, early morning small mouth, inland lake trout, river fishing, crappie in the spring also no problems. ice fishing in over 20fow smallies during the day, walleye in the summer electronics definitely help. Bernier is the real deal. 6 shutouts in 62 games off the bench. I would have liked to have seen reimer moved and kept scrivens as a backup. Scrivens is a backup only. Reimer is a middle range goalie at best. Too good to be a backup too many holes to be a starter on a contender. Frattin and the second rounder I am fine with. Now if it is possible to move reimer for a vet with a few years in the tank as a backup and mentor or find a top dog center I really like the team moving forward. Kadri made huge strides last year and made everyone around him better. Jvr fit in great as a gritty power forward.

I picked up a fairly cheap 6 piece rod with a box and reel. Made a small plano box with some cheap basics and it has come in handy this year.

Just a quick one. I never used to but this year I started leaving a rod and small tackle box in the car for emergencies. Have used it 3 times this year but now fish to speak of.

Wow, only 51 and Gandolfini has died. They are saying a possible heart attack. A great example for reasons to keep in good physical shape and shed those extra pounds. Of course the details aren't fully out yet but When a still young person dies of a heart attack and they are overweight it sure seems like a waste. I think we settled on a steel drum band for this event but we have another one in Mid Sept we are trying to get off the ground... get practicing guys haha, I smell and all ofc cover band taking shape.

If I was getting a crucial for a weightless worm rod it would be a 7'2" M XF. will also make a good drop shot rod. the MH Fast is also a good option for a worm rod if you fish weeds. If you are going into the 170-220 range I would take a look at the G.Loomis GL2 series. I have a GL2 Drop shot rod and I love it.

Yah, I spent the entire morning to try and consolodate my bass lures. So far its not going well.

My van got stolen about 10 years ago with a tackle box and a rod in it and it got replaced under the homeowners.

I had a wasp in my mouth a long time ago as well from a pop can, I felt it an spit it out and the thing flew out, luckily it didn't sting me.
