  1. I don't know the GTA area that well, but if i was going to be in the area and wanted to wet the line. I would use the following MNR GTA Urban Fishing Guide. http://www.mnr.gov.on.ca/MNR/pubs/UrbanFishing.pdf FOTB
  2. Ya gotta love the gloating. Enjoy it while it lasts. Pretty soon you'll all be looking up at Team 9 Anglers Anonymous. I'll be fishing the french in about 2 weeks and have a 50" ski, a 30" cat, a 40" pike, a 20" Bass and a 30" eye with my name on it. I figure 327" should be enough to finish in 1st. FOTB
  3. Those NL pics are awesome. Thanks for sharing. FOTB
  4. Awesome report as always. Thanks for sharing. Pretty soon we will be calling you two, the "Carp King and Queen". Not to take anything away from any of the other avid Carp fisherman, but the quantity and size of some Carp you two have caught, has been a great accomplishment. I see a 25 pounder in your future. FOTB
  5. Excellent report and pics TJ. Thanks for sharing. Too bad about the treble hook in the finger. Had that been me, they would be carrying me away in a . FOTB
  6. Cliff, For whatever it's worth. I've hooked into many pike and my PB ski on this rapala original floating minnow #13. Not far from Lakeair heading north toward the elbow and Muskie Island. GL FOTB

  11. What an awesome report!! Thanks for sharing. Too bad about not having a measuring tape and the ofncommunity.com sign with you. I'm sure that cat would have measures a good 35 to 40 inches.....maybe more. FOTB
  12. That's good to hear. I'll be heading up to the French River/Wolseley Bay area in 19 days. Yes...i'm counting the days. Hopefully i get into some eyes and maybe even a ski or some pike and bass. I'll be sure to take lots of pics. FOTB

  18. Can't we all just get along and agree on one thing. The Leafs and Sens, have one of the biggest (if not the biggest) rivalry in the NHL. The Sabres/Sens rivalry is up there as well. Fans of the Leafs love to hate the Sens or some of the players on the Sens, just as much as fans of the Sens love to hate the Leafs or some players on the Leafs. This trash talking and team bashing should be taken as it is meant to be taken....all in good fun. To suggest that some Sens fans (not all) seem to have a huge chip on their shoulders is an understatement. If Leafs fans or any fan for that matter want to make choke jokes about the Sens or negative comments about Alfie...let them. Who cares? I know i don't care what Leafs fans think about the Sens, nor should any other Sens fan. It's not worth getting bent all out of shape for. I'm a Sens fan first and a hockey fan second. As much as i wanted to see the Sens win the cup and as much as i wanted to see Alfie hoisting the cup. It just wasnt meant to be this year. They lost to a better team. It's as simple as that. There are 2 things i want to see, before i leave this earth. 1. The Sens win a cup. 2. The Sens beat the Leafs in the playoffs. I think the Sens winning the cup is more likely, as the only way to beat the Leafs in the playoffs is for the Leafs to actually make the playoffs. We all know that isn't going to happen anytime soon. That's fine...i won't feel too bad win the Sens win the cup and they didnt have to go through the Leafs to do it. Let's all go fishing and let the bashing and trash talking end until September. Sounds like a plane to me. FOTB
  19. Hi Stoty, Check out this thread and read the rules, etc. Then if interested...post here that you want to be on a team. FOTB
  20. Did i miss who the winner was? If so...congrats on winning the Muskie Painting. Thanks to Curtis Atwater/Extreme Angler TV and OFC for the contest. FOTB
  21. Gerritt, I'm not sure if they would remember us, but say hi to Gary and Angela for from the Hallman clan. What cabin do you typically stay in or do you stay in the "penthouse" behind Gary and Angela house? I've always had a great time there, even if the weather sometimes didnt cooperate. Depending on how things go this year on the French River, we may very well be back in 2008. FOTB
