  1. Went to Rideau PP this week. A very weedy river. Boat launch was good but the Wardens didn't want you leaving your boat in the water because all the other boats wouldn't have a place to dock. Didn't see many other boats fishing! Managed to catch my PB pickeral in the first ten minutes of fishing with a worm harness. Slowed down after that. Later on I caught my PB muskie and my first one outside of the Otonabee river. Very nice. A good pike followed. The fishing wasn't fast and furious during the day but the evening bite was way better. Lots of big boat traffic and they don't slow down. Lots of big wakes shaking you up. I liked Murphys Point PP better as there were multiple bays around to fish in. Still it was a good trip.

  4. If you don't know what the top amp draw is for your motor Google it. Then get an inline fuse for the rating. Also be sure to use the same guage wire if you're extending the length, but don't extend it more than you need.

  5. I’d put in a relay fuse with a spare in your tool kit. I just bought these gauges to monitor my house and trolling batts, not installed yet though. https://www.amazon.ca/PerfecTech-Voltmeter-Waterproof-Automobiles-Motorcycle/dp/B01LZJZL6R/ref=asc_df_B01LZJZL6R/?tag=googlemobshop-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=459081477310&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=7719460791744150519&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9000995&hvtargid=pla-670607828061&psc=1

  7. All covers will rub the paint if you cover them as you are driving down the road. They also have the problem of when wet they hold the moisture in contact with the paint and decals will be more likely to delaminate the decals. Your best friend is a coat of wax and only cover when you are parked. Art
