Ok first you post ice fishing pictures and I feel bad I’m not fishing. Then you post great looking food. with fish from the trip. That’s just mean. LOL

Yesterday my daughter e-mailed me again, asking why I didn't do something useful with my time. "Like sitting on the couch, watching TV and drinking wine is not a good thing?" I asked. Talking about my "doing-something-useful" seems to be her favorite topic of conversation. She was "only thinking of me", she said and suggested that I go down to the Senior Center and hang out with the guys. I did this and when I got home last night, I decided to play a prank on her. I e-mailed her and told her that I had joined a Parachute Club. She replied, "Are you nuts? You are 73 years old and now you're going to start jumping out of airplanes?" I told her that I even got a Membership Card and e-mailed a copy to her. She immediately telephoned me and yelled, "Good grief, dad, where are your glasses?" This is a membership in a Prostitute Club, not a Parachute Club!" "Oh man, I'm in trouble again," I said, "I really don't know what to do. I signed up for five jumps a week!" The line went quiet and her friend picked up the phone and said that my daughter had fainted. Life as a Senior Citizen is not getting any easier, but sometimes it can be fun.

Great idea! I have a potato cannon; just have to find it. LOL I wonder how much trouble I could get into? Second thought I may just leave sleeping dogs lay. LOL Dan.

1993 Suzuki Sidekick AKA Sally. I've been spending time on her, getting the basic mechanical and electrical back in shape. Yesterday was slow here in the shop, so I decided to attach the winch mount and get that out of the way. Ho yeah Sally's name sake, comes from my wife's Aunt Sally. An 80+ year old lady, that's rough and tough; but will never let you down. Hopefully the Sidekick lives up to its name sake. LOL The winch mount is actually a class 3 hitch receiver that came off of a Dodge Caravan. Cut off the the brackets that were not needed. Flipped the receiver upside down and welded it to the frame horns and the bumper's re-bar. Dan.

Ok, so the count down is now into days (well ok so it's still double digit but....) I am going to be in Myrtle Beach at Apache Pier camp ground from roughly Jan. 1 to March 25, 2020 (the good lord willing) I spent a few weeks there last winter and had a real hoot pier fishing (we caught almost everything that swims in those waters) and made many new friends but our real target was whitings (once you've tried them you'll want more, lots more......) So, if any of you are thinking of heading South this winter either to Myrtle Beach or passing through the area give me a shout, the place I am renting is three bedroom and if we don't already have a full house we'll try to fit you in. If we already have a full house at that point we'll try to work something out with a neighbor, worst case scenario, a one week rental (all in) is like $650.00 including your security deposit ($100.00) which you get back if you leave the place clean (a month is only $850.00). If you are flying in, again, just let me know, we could pick you up at the airport...... work with you to use our car if needed..... and I'd be happy to share what I've learned so far about pier fishing in Myrtle Beach (I even have spare rods and tackle if you need it but you can buy a rod and reel at Bass Pro for about $30.00). Anyway, the offer is out there and I'd like nothing better than to share my good fortune (and limited knowledge) with other members of this board if I can.

I don't think he's saying that at all. He just made the comment that in contrast to the analyst saying it looked like a 3 game suspension, it didn't even draw a 2 minute penalty. A month ago Chris and I were on here saying this team needed a tough guy or two that could play AND help keep teams honest. We got lots of push back from some guys thinking we'll just skate circles around them in this "new" NHL. It'll be Marner, Matthews or JT next, just wait. Dubas needs to pull his head out and wake up before he has $11M watching from the press box.

That thing needs a mechanical ALH TDI swap

Having trouble finding snowmobile tracks that will fit and I want to afford. So if my luck of finding tracks stays the same. I might chain all four wheels. I have tire chains for the front wheels already and have locked (weld spider gears) the rear differential. So I might get away with 4 wheel chains? I’ll post up dates as they come along for anyone interested. Dan.

Or, if you really wanted to, you could print the license summary and carry that until your new card comes like you're supposed to but you seem to prefer the JOP option so fill yer boots.
