No tears or holes in fabric. Inside has one padded swivel sliding seat along with 2 rod holders. All poles are straight. Will include new in box set of Otter hyfax runners. Hut has very little use, my cranky back limits use, may as well see someone else have fun with it. Lots of room for one person and gear, have had two in it a couple times. $500, lowballers will be ignored. Located about 10 minutes west of Barrie.
