All I need to do is drive the 15 minutes to the slip and the wind is so bad nobody in their right mind would go out in it. Good luck you guys. Musky Plug Posted November 15, 2016 Report Share Posted November 15, 2016 Went yesterday, launched out of the belle river, was there for 7hrs not even a sniff. Near Belle River the water is more often clearer, so I think the fish are accustomed to that. Throwing some mud at the Belle River fish I think will shut them down. outllaw Posted November 17, 2016 Report Share Posted November 17, 2016 gin cxlear waters no good at belle r. stained is best for bait and musky.. if your stuk in clean water fish 1 hour before daylight and after. watch for gulls on the shad. muskies are there. So fished all day 10-530 saw only 1 fish and missed it because I suck lol. That's muskie fishing. All those great years at the Thames, you had to think a tough bite would eventually happen.
