Another Legend has slipped away, Bobby Curtola died at 73 years of age.

Born in Thunder Bay Ontario, He will always be a legend of music.

Thanks for all the great songs and memories.

I would guess there are many here that never heard of him. His music never got me but he sure was a hit to many here as well as abroad. My condolences to his family and fans.

I remember him and a whole slew of other guys named Bobby in the early 60's, Bobby Darrin, Bobby Vee, Bobby Rydell , Bobby Vinton, sure there was a few more. I was pretty much a folkie before the British Invasion .
