I had bought a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses last year July and had the nose pads go missing and a minor chip out of one of the lenses. Attended the office in Mississauga and they replaced both the frame and the lenses, so I have a brand new pair of glasses, no sceptical questions asked or receipt shown.

I was very impressed by the service that I received from them.

I've got a pair I bought in the 90's, I broke them two winters ago. Being the cheap skate that I am, I have to wonder if their customer service would be so good as to take care of me as well?
