HTHM Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 I had bought a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses last year July and had the nose pads go missing and a minor chip out of one of the lenses. Attended the office in Mississauga and they replaced both the frame and the lenses, so I have a brand new pair of glasses, no sceptical questions asked or receipt shown. I was very impressed by the service that I received from them.
