Internet Providers North of Cobourg ?

Hoping to get a few answers in regards to Internet in Hamilton township.

Basically we're having a tough time finding a company that services the area, we move to the area in Aug and didn't think this would be a real issue .

Any one use a particular company ?

Explornet or Shaw. Maybe Nexicom, but I'm not sure they go that far.

The Mentioned company's are checking into it for us . Would have never thought this would be an issue 10 min outside of town LOL.

for the most part, internet access in rural areas is abysmal in ontario especially if you are used to / coming from a place with cable/dsl lines. xplornet is garbage. best bet is propably a local outfit. talk to your neighbours.
