NAW
I was going to say. That background image in the mirrors sure looks like Inventor to me. Are you a CAD jockey? Edited June 21, 2012 by N.A.W
krixxer
making the parts would be the easy task. finishing it to make it look that nice will triple the price. hours upon hours of de-burring, polishing, plating/anodizing/masking installation. .........only to find out that some tolerances are out by a few microns. does that not look like a car rim? And yep u can see the telltale autodesk parking lot reflection in the center nut of the reel
blaque
does that not look like a car rim? Everything is modeled except the "spoke" section of the reel, which is a wheel design decaled onto the model
BillM
Looks like something you'd find on an Escalade

blaque
Has AutoCAD switched to parametric modeling yet, or is that only available in inventor? (I assume you didn't model that part with boolean logic....if you did, bravo!) I used to model with AutoCAD and render with 3DSMax way back in the day, but now I use SolidWorks and could never go back. If autocad has parametric 3d capabilities, it would be news to me. I rarely launch autocad anymore lol. Modeling was all inventor. However with my premium suite license I get all kinds of add ons I'm excited about. 3dsmax being one of them. Ive done some work with solid works here and there.....nice program
