super dave Posted September 20, 2010 Report Share Posted September 20, 2010 Question for you Sportspal owners. I just picked up a used one for pretty cheap but it needs some work done to it. One of it being replacing the foam liner. I know I can get a replacement one from the North Bay but by looking at it, it looks like a plain piece of closed cell foam. Any of you owners replaced it by purchasing the foam somewhere else? Also a few of my steel ribs are missing. jediangler Posted September 20, 2010 Report Share Posted September 20, 2010 I drilled holes in all the aluminum ribs and made them permanent using stainless steel nuts and bolts. I replaced the foam sponsons on mine but never needed to replace the floor in 15yrs. I ordered the sponsons and installed them myself.
