ehg Posted August 1, 2008 Report Share Posted August 1, 2008 Hi i live in downtown Toronto here is a few points to enlighten, 1. the highest violent crime rate in Canada is in Saskatchewan( then Manitoba, but all out west) 2. violent crime is at it's lowest rate in 25 yrs. in Canada Nothing like a Holdfast post to bring out the knee-jerk misinformed reactionists.
