Who the HECK was that?

I use a handle cos the Yanks in Florida called me Nanook of the North! I think if everyone used their real names ,it could get hectic. I.E. 10 Mikes 15 joe's 5 Bills Come to think of it, I could use Glen and cause a nice little upset

So What else is new ? If there is anyone more helpful in this world ,they will be hard to find. Good on ya Cliff

Hey Guy's, they kicked me out of the Hosp. today. I think they had had enough of me. Had a Bone Scan done today and I have to go back for a Colon probe. The actual operation itself went fine, every thing working as it should.. Just have to wait the results and start a plan of action. Ive always been a fighter, so between Jackie and Me, we will kick this thing in the donkey. "Donkey ?? Would really like to thank everyone for your messages, kind thoughts and good wishes. Gonna print them off, to help in low times, Many thanks once again P.s.. I really hope the new Hosp. works out a lot better than this old one. UGH!!!!!!

A couple weeks ago, I posted that I was 'out of commision' for a while. A few friends expessed concern. so here is the story. At that time my Bladder stopped working and I could'nt P without a lot of pain. A visit to the doc. did'nt work, so off to Emerg. Diagnosis; Enlarged Prostate, Catheta inserted [very pleasant ] I've had the Pre Op. done and I go in for surgery on Thurs. They will be going down the 'tube' and whittle the Prostrate away.Sounds great dont it? Just thought I'd let my friends know the up todate news. Hope ya dont mind this post y'all !!

I got the Garmin c330 for Christmas. Set it up and been practicing with it. Gonna come in real handy next year on our camping trips.Wifey has trouble with maps. Amazing piece of equipment!!

Hi Rick ! We Had a Dog that did the same thing, with his right rear knee. Had the Op done and he was as right as right rain,albeit a bit slower.Did 'nt cost near as much in those day's tho', [$800 ]. He'll make with your help Buddy, and pay you back for it,in his own way. All the best over Christmas.

I have a 20yr old John Deere. 5hp x 20". Got it 6 yrs ago and it starts 2nd pull, if I cant use the electric start [ too cold ? ] Cleared a 80' x 18' drive + a couple of paths for the Hydro, gas servicemen, this aft. If I were to buy another one, it would be a 'Deere but a 8hp, to throw the snow further. Shovelling is out of the question for this old Pup

Dabluz....Tried the Pet Shop idea earlier,but the ones I tried dont carry Turtles Clausewitz.......... I carve from Basswood mainly, cant afford the exotic woods. Thanks to all for the replies, the turtle is finished now, just waiting for the painting now. THATS going to take a while. Cant paint worth a s***. LOL !!

I'm in the process of carving a Turtle [No, not practice for Christmas ]. I've got the shell, legs, scales, claws done,but I'm stumped on the belly portion [ Plastron ]. I've checked Libraries, Carving books,even contacted the ROM, Nada !!!and its too late in the year to try and find a live one around here. Would any of our Southern Brethren, have any Pic's of the underbelly,or could get one? If you can help, I would really appreciate it. Please e-mail or PM if you can help.......and THANKS in advance!

All the above is sound advice.......... but if you buy a used trailer, pull the wheels and check/clean or change the bearings anyway. that way you will KNOW wnat they are like. Most that other site my trailering has been with smaller tire's. If you keep them well lubed and inflated you should'nt have any problems. I havent...........none.
