  1. Nice fish Jacques That one fish probably made your day.
  2. Great looking variety of baits. They all look like musky would love biting them.
  3. Okay, i guess i will make sure to have some ODSP stuff and a copy of disabled parking permit in my tackle box. I bought licenses last few years and didn't need too . Wondering if it is considered 'sport' or 'conservation' license. Not that i ever keep anything but who knows walleye and crappie are good eats. The outflow is done now till next December. I will be hitting FMZ 17 lakes till then. There was no delay in getting anything disability related. MS is nasty i need a walker or forearm canes now but can still fish Thanks all for replies!
  4. This thing is a topwater isn't it? People might be misled thinking it is a crankbait.
  5. Actually, it is illegal to photocopy a disabled permit. I have asked before. If i go fishing somewhere there isn't usually handicapped parking at the launch. So i will bring it in boat with me. Didn't know this 'disabled = fishing license thing'.
  6. I am one of the few Timmies dislikers. Always used debit and didn't carry cash. After a long day of fishing i would want a coffee for the drive home. Pull into Timmies of highway and find out it is cash only no debit. With all the money they make selling frozen donuts and other crap items they were still too cheap to have debit. Apparently that is changing a bit now.
  7. I haven't fished yet this year but will soon when weather is a little better. So i was having problems downloading PDF's with Firefox switched to Google Chrome and no problems. I like it! Downloaded 2011 Ontario fishing regs. and was reading it and noticed it said if you are officially considered disabled you don't have to buy a fishing license. Is this true? I have been permanently disabled by Multiple Sclerosis for a few years. So if i have my disabled parking permit or other proof when fishing do i not need a license? This is news to me. Wonder if you are considered 'sport' or 'conservation' if so. Anyone have experience with this or confirm this. I would rather fork out a few bucks for license than have MS thats for sure. Thanks in advance
  8. North winds light tomorrow. Perfect conditions for Pickering outflow in morn.

  9. Checked it out from time to time last year. Watched a bit from eggs until quite large but didn't see leaving the nest. Thanks for posting this.
  10. I guess they removed it so it wouldn't damage wires with its bill. Or did they remove it to save its life? Regardless great video and nice work removing it.
  11. What a perfect beautiful brookie! Almost doesn't seem real.
  12. Isn't this a topwater bait? It is always on top of the water. The Banjo Minnow is actually not bad at times. A buddy catches a lot of pike on the large size.
  13. I remember a post you did of a tour inside a Hydro-Electric plant on Nipigon River many years ago. I thought that was the greatest then but this photo account is the best. Congrats on everything and thanks for taking the time putting this together.
  14. Seen this before many years ago... It is from Europe or Asia, it isn't a Northern Pike.
  15. Big fan of all this Radiohead stuff...excellent Still my favorite one they did.
  16. Canadian downeasters with a rock 'n roll hat trick... triple guitar solo. Canadians rock eh?
  17. Same here Irishfield. If i can get out, my goal will be to catch a pike in FMZ 17 but not in Dalrymple.
  18. Yeah, the link worked. It is an european feed since the American ones were shut down. Shogun looked terrible against Jones
  19. Nice very chrome like brown there. I have a feeling i now where you were at. If you could get there right at first light in the morning it could be intense fishing. You really have to pay attention to the winds, north and light is the safest. Stay really close to shore at all times. Good Luck and be careful!
  20. Great pics and report Amazing brookies!
  21. I am a real believer in full moon phases. I will fish whatever days but noticed many years ago that best days and PB's were caught on couple of days around full moon. Figures that this 'super moon' occurs when fishing is least possible for most. A few things are still open, so good luck to steelheaders near Great Lakes, panfishers on ice or whoever has someplace and something to fish for. The bite is usually good during daylight but sucks at night during full moon. Good Luck
  22. Good going You put in a lot of time and learned much along the way. More good days will happen more often out there for you. There is a big smile with that first whitie
  23. This post was a one shot deal by someone in the UK three yrs. ago. Can't believe there is 4,500 plus page views on it.
