I often steam fish Joe, especially whitefish the kids and I prefer over any other method. Get yourself some fresh dill, lay it on the fish along with some fresh cracked pepper, and steam it. Serve with lemon wedges.

I never thought I'd see the day you would sell it, but I'm sure you take great comfort in knowing that she's at home and actively plying the waters of the West Arm.
