If I recall you had the "Oh My," awesome stuff for sure. My in and out have to be treated cautiously with the *Plain Nasty!" My heart and mind are all in......just need to be careful......lol

The last of my Bigugli's *plain nasty* salsa I acquired at the Hamilton Bassmasters swap is about to git in me belly. I've had it mixed with ground beef over pasta, cheesed up with nachos and atop foot long beef dogs...... All I can say is.....nasty, just "plain nasty," thanks Bruce. I'll be needing more next time we get together.

Outstanding Sir! Swiss Chalet has nothing on you, or perhaps even me. The remains of the big Tom is now a large quantity of soup stock. Tossed in some kale stalks, celery stalks, broccoli stems, onion, carrot and assorted spices and herbs. Already smelling marvelous! Now strained and boned and portioned out for the freezer for future enjoyment.

Had a wee taste, yummmmm!

After a chilly 48 hour brine bath this 18lb Tom is being treated to a hickory and maple smoke box sauna.
