Still waiting for my first smart meter bill (2 month billing), should be any day now. In the past my monthly rate for hydro was averaging $80.00, I'm told I should be sitting down when the new bill comes in. Oh joy......

Not sure if this will help Larry but a few of my Quantums have a small thumb slide release button under the line guide that releases the side plate. -
