    My guess is definitely a bad mix. I have used Flex Coat that is 2 years old with no issues. My advice would be to apply a well measured (clean syringes), well mixed thin coat over top, it should solve the problem.

    I see. Well for what it's worth I (as many others) would recommend maxing the horse power, you won't regret it. I'd also recommend 4 stroke.

    Can't help you with that Lew. I'm using Google Chrome here, much slicker and faster than IE, perhaps try that installing it.
