I have a trailer for doing exactly that but no boat yet.It is a simple square frame and the axle has 14 inches of clearance to the ground.I added removeable sides and ends so it can be used for a box trailer as well.Its a little wider than my atv and maybe just a tad to heavy but it will take some abuse without breaking. vance

I went to the local CAA store and bought a wallet that is reader proof,no issues so far.

I do alot of bushwhacking and I can lock the front diff on on my suzuki for those REALLY TUFF spots and have a real 4x4.Most hondas,polaris and can ams dont have this feature and only have 3x4.To me it was an important feature! Not much on the net anywhere about your boat but I did find this site that has brochures. http://www.boatingwithdawsons.com/old-boat-brochures.html They charge $25 for a pdf brochure and it is hard to tell if your boat is actually listed under the name you have. vance

Take the seats out and store them in your trailer(mice love the foam for bedding)seal the whole thing up as best you can.Racoons can make a real mess of the interior and your insurance probably DOESN'T cover the damage they do. vance

Usually the the on off switch only works after you have it running.When mine went the tech said just unplug the master plug from the control unit and you can start it.worked for me vance

I use both in my 15ft side console.Even tho its a wide 15,if you are using the stool and running the trolling motor with your foot AND the guy in the back suddenly moves around,its easy to lose your balance because for the most part you are only leaning on the stool,after couple of hours my back is killing me as well. If you have a larger heavier boat the rockiness is not an issue. vance

That round thing with the wires would be the Idle air control (IAC) valve. If it has one of those, I think we have a typo here. Did you mean 1998..not 88? 1988 thru to 95 or 96 had a simple throttle body system that for the most part worked quite well. vance
