  1. I miss that show..used to like the annoying guy on the cell phone skits
  2. I have from time to time- figured it was just my junk computer ?
  3. x2 should help pay the fees in no time- as long as that drunko the ****clown doesnt prod in your business . I have a trailer in a great park, but my advice on the fees would be useless as there are no lots available (privatly owned)
  4. thanks for sharing..thinkin of building a hut similar in design for next year.. could have done with out knowing Jays love for testicles though that sort of info should stay on the ice
  5. I'll have to look into those ideas suggested- turning up the radio is not really an option with a new born in the vehicle and a first time mom that fusses more than the baby . thanks for the input folks.
  6. ya thats what I was thinking was the main problem. But wasn't sure if it was that (none "apear" lose) or because the doors don't latch to a solid beam (room to move?) - as I said before, never had suicide doors before. Thanks for the reply I'll have to take a closer look as the noise seems to move around too - so sounds like we might be headin in the right path.
  7. Hey all, I recently bought an 05 silverado LS extended cab. (with suicide doors). Just curious for anyone here who as ever owned one, if the wind noise in the cab I am getting from both sides is normal (perhaps from the suicide doors?). This is my first extended cab truck so not sure if this is the norm or not or if I should be looking into a false car fax claim lol.
  8. feel lucky that's ALL that is running down your leg funny stuff right there. When I'm in a situation like that.. I ask "Do I smell pop corn?" then stand back and enjoy the show
  9. I would think you're asking the wrong forum lol but sounds like a great oppertunity
  10. VERY NICE ! I'm assuming it's a back lake as I've been told many of the larger ones are still patchy and lots of surface slop. Thats a nice haul regardless of its origin. love the quick plug at the end too... (my post has been brought to you be Steamwhistle brewery and Petro Canada) just teasing.
  11. Thanks everyone for the kind words.. Then you better believe he's paying for gas I can only hope the biggest disagreement is the age old walleye vs pickeral - And I've kept his receipt incase he grows up to be a NY Jets fan to spite his ol' man You mean it doesn't stop at the cost of hospital parking ?
  12. Not in my house- we're a Blueshirts family (we already cheer for a losing football team, no way we want to waste money rootin for a losing hockey team as well )
  13. hey all, I know you guys don't know me personally, as many of you all do each other. But I have the new father bug and have to share with anyone that will listen. I am proud to show off my new fishing buddy Liam Austin Dykes (my we "LAD"). He was born Sat. night around 630 pm and all was well until we noticed some jaundice and had to have him in the "tanning salon" for just over 24 hours . But he was finally able to come home with us and Natacia and I are just glowing. I think the only feeling that could match this is when I first hear him tell me "daddy I think I got one!" (even if its just a snag). And as long as he doesn't out fish me, he will be welcome in my boat any day. Thanx for letting my gloat and Hope everyone is enjoying the day as much as I have.
  14. Congrats ! from the reports of your that I have read, I am truely shocked this is only your first. You truely have a gift to captivate the reader and bring them along with you on your amazing journeys that many of us can only dream (or live through your reports) about doing. Always good to hear peoples hard work paying off for them. And please, Keep em comin
  15. Had this little visitor last summer, seems he wanted the bacon wrapper that was smoldering over the coals in the am. He made many return visits through out the park over the entire summer. - We named him Micheal J.
  16. I was hit by lightening last summer.. so I will stay clear of wolves - and for those of you wondering, it didn't help me with Lotto Max and no super powers either..
  17. I know of 3 that might eventually come to attacking.. 3 of the 4 that were "released" by vandals from the Haliburton wildlife sanctuary. http://www.haliburtonforest.com/component/k2/item/52-wolf-release these animals have been born and raised in captivity, and lack the natural instincts required for pack hunting.. and during the toughest time for wolves when the majority of their food sources are in hibernation... and once starvation kicks in, they might become dangerous... what makes matters worse is they have had major exposure to humans and won't be as timid as wild wolves and people could see this as a threat if they linger around property with children or livestock. Such a terrible story for such amazing animals. I hope the culprits are caught and punished sternly.
  18. posting a pic of OOS Bass ?? Brave man, must have powerful friends on here to do that with out worry...I've seen mobs rip guys new ones on here for less really nice pics. though--fish porn always helps me get through the hard water season (haven't ice fished in years). My lil one is due in 4 days, I'm hoping that gives the mrs. a few months to "get over it" and let me go fishing ?? :whistling:jk. But man I hope I can get out more this year than last years sad excuse for attempts
  19. I would LOVE the Bills to move to Toronto, Toronto fans LOVE supporting a losing team so it only makes sense . (And as a Fins fan, I would get to see them play a lil closer to home once a year ) - But Toronto's "tailgating" is a fricken joke
  20. Not good for pike ?? where have YOU been fishing it ? (I'll make a note to avoid there ) - I've had lots of luck fishing it for some fair size (for S. Ont) for years. Right out of down town Galt and up into Blair/Sth Kitchener. Granted it is better known for its SMB I'll agree with you there. But there are nice numbers of Teeth in there too. I wouldn't waste my time though on Shades or Guelph havent caught anything fatter or longer than my forearm out of either in the last 5 years.. And I'm not a tall guy (short arms)
  21. I thought this one was a pretty funny one, .. my kinda twisted humor at least (mild adult content)
  22. The dolphins have a ton of draft picks next year and are only a few tweaks away (and an aging Tom Barbie) away from being continuous P/O threats. A nice WR to take some attention of Hartline and Bess (who have proven their talents when not under double coverage) - and the def. secon_dreary needs improved too thats for sure. And I for one and happy about all these points. GO FINS !
  23. I remember a couple years back a deer ran (smashed) through a diner window in downtown Kitchener- with all the urban sprawl, where do they all go ??
  24. Another fins fan ?? woo hoo feel free to PM me if u ever wanna talk Fins, I'm a bit of a Finatic. I knew someone would chime in on my CFL is a joke comment, truth be told, I've heard a few people say they prefer CFL for previously mentioned reasons, I just can't stand it PUNT PUNT PUNT. But like i said too, most football fans I talk to prefer NFL hands down. As a Def. player and minded individual myself, I can see the enjoyment in the whole field position battle, just can't force myself to watch enough of it to really get into it. SIDE NOTE: anyone else find it funny though that Toronto hosted such a historic milestone of a Grey Cup ? I mean, any other CFL teamed city has FAR more fans and attendance on a regular basis from what I've heard. But maybe thats what the team needed to start filling seats. (of course couldn't hurt that that made and won it too I'm sure.)
