I have a question for ya .If most of us old folks have until 2009 to obtain our boat Licence why can the OPP ticket you if you don't have it.I have mine because of my 12ft tinny.There are many driving around in cruisers without their licence yet so why are they hasselling you.If you read the laws about licenses in the Canadian Coast Guard safety hand book it states anyone born after 1983 (Yes Greencoachdog)must be licensed to operate any size vessel.Or anyone operating a craft under 4 metres.So old farts like us have until 2009 to get licensed.So whats the scoop once you have a license they can fine yer ass. Hey Brian great job driving the boat and your really good with the net too I did the yard work in the morning raked up 7 huge orange bags of leaves then I was off to The Richelieu River to try out my new trolling plate.Was with GlennK and his son and My boy Ryan we all got a skunking but we did see another boat land a Pike and a very nice small mouth bass. Looks like the boat is ready for Quinte. Thats a fine looking Muskie your friend Don caught . I thought you were going to Quinte with Don tracker.Oops Thanks for the pics and report.MTP

Hey Lew my Buddie Kenny had it on his baitcaster in Quinte(My last report) and hooked that 11lb sheepy on it.It seems to be less slippery than regular fireline and it has a really small diameter .I didn't know it had low visibility though.He said he will be buying some more.

Don I usually let out 150 ft to 200 ft and 50 to 75 out to the side.I vary the second board sometimes less out sometimes more. I hope you bought the orange boards from Church tackle (The walleye Board)They are much better than the offshore boards. See ya soon.Mike

I was waiting for this report so far so good Cliff there are 4 things you must remember before launching the boat.Make sure the plug is in (I have backed in without and once not properly screwed in)Always remember to unplug the trailer lights or you can blow the bulbs.Never forget the transom straps and the safety chain Yup been there done that. I can show you some awesome cup holders that I bought at wallmart they are adjustable to any drink format and the drink won' come out even in very rough waves.If you want to see a pic let me know. There is one problem your net looks bigger than the boat But with the size of your fish you need that. Lookin forward to meeting you in Quinte. Mike
