That style of humidfier will spread mold spores thruout the house very quickly if not maintained.Most humifiers will if not maintained.I assume it is a drum type that is in there.The Aprilaire with a fan motor and total loss water system are marginally better if maintained.The drum type have a standing cesspool that the sponge rolls around in and distributes thru the house.A good cleaning and replacement of the "sponge" will help the situation. Art and I help my buddy process deer and we can get more than a few bucktails if anyone wants them for lure making.Two catches... 1.The hydes are salted down but the tails need some other stuff done to them after I cut them from the hydes.What is the best way to prepare them and trabsport them? 2.We will be bringing them to the June GTG I need to know Who and how many.Just let me know.. I prolly post this one evry year but I made it again tonite and its worth a post. http://www.in-fisherman.com/magazine/recip...01_FishChowder/ I usually use Talapia or some other light fish cause the Walleye I catch all stay in their native country for the most part.Also I use a little more broth than the recipe calls for and thicken if needed just before serving.A pinch of ground sage helps also.A loaf of Italian Boule bread heated up and enjoy!   16. Great pics Dan!I should dig out some of my old non digital pics of some deer I took years ago.I have one of 8 different bucks bedded down in a field with the sun hitting their antlers in the tall grass.Looks like the field was growing antlers. Joe

  18. I do all of the cooking and shopping during the week and she cooks on the weekend if i get the stuff.She is a great cook but I have more time and do a pretty good job.Over the last winter I made two rooms into a big litchen so I could have a bit more room.

I brined them in salt,water,honey and brown sugarfor about 6 hrs.Rinsed them off a bit and I let them dry and firm up for about 12 hrs in a 40 degree garage with a cileing fan circulating the air.Smoked them in apple chips for 3 hrs,1st two hours on very low 90 100 degrees.The last hour was at 200 degrees or so.They came out perfect!Thanx for the help! Thanks Guys,lookin forward to some real good eating.art and I usually fry a turkey and tradtionally cook one turkey.Gonna skip the frying this year cause we dont have as many people as usual people coming over and its supposed to rain.Rain and hot oil do not mix and I wont fry one anywhere other than the gravel driveway.
