  3. i work for a petrocanada marketer and have spoken with several people from the head office and have been told that the only grades that have ethanol are regular and mid grade. Also ethanol is blot more expensive and is usually under 3%. Cheers Jeff

  5. the ethanol issue has most people misinformed. Ethanol will increase performance and doeso't cause damage to internal parts or hoses. Ethanol becomes corrosive when mixed with water and that is when people start having issues with there motors. Most people don't read the stickers on the pumps clearly. The stickers state may contain up to not does contain. All super gas is ethanol free and as long as no water or condensation gets in your fuel you will not have any problems. Cheers Jeff

  7. mostly use the live target perch and if the fish are finicky then i will go with a jig and 2 twone berkley chartreuse grub
  8. you should take a look at the quantum reels. I have afew quantum reels and have never had any problems. The smoke and energy reels are around that price point. Cheers Jeff
  9. fished the Holland for 1.5 hours tonight. Didn't get any crappie but afew were caught. One gentlemen i was talking to took 3 nice ones around 14". Wish i had my boat ready i think they will be in more towards the mouth. Cheers Jeff

  11. sections of the Holland river have been open for over a week now. Might try and get out this weekend and try for pike and crappie.
  12. fished the Holland river for a half hour on Thurs. No hits just wanted to try out my new noodle rod.

  14. looks nice i have used the jackal giron and spro bbz1 and caught afew fish on them. The new luckystrike rick clunn crankbaits look nice too.

  19. got a monster smallie and afew others off a deep guns while fishing for lakers near minden last year. They were crushing buckshot spoons tipped with a 4" shiner. We Were deadsticking.

  22. shallow invaders trolled in 10 to 25 feet of water have been my top producing lure. Jakes, grandma and believer lures have also worked extremely well. Cheers Jeff

  24. I picked up 2 quantum energypt rods at lebarons for just over $50 and in my opinion are much better rods than the compres. They are last years models and only have a few left instock last time I was there. Cheers jeff
  25. Give the live target frogs a try as well as the bluegill cranks. If you can find any jackall giron swimbaits there a favourite of mine. cheers jeff
