  4. I hear what you're saying Dave... but unfortunately he's not the guy with the ticket book and the MNR response clearly states to abide by the regs as printed unit it's worked out...which ='s registering your portables that are over 21 sq ft.
  5. All I can tell you is I have the souvenir photo sequence print out and the cancelled cheque, for $180, from when my daugher was 0.18 seconds late entering the intersection of Bronson/Carling Ave at 3:52 AM Same corner that a week ago three Carlton Students where killed in a Yukon that nailed an OC transpo bus doing the same thing. More than glad all I had to do was pay $180 and add it to her tab.
  6. Crips... how many times did you have to throw the other one to get it to break.. so the boss would let you buy a new toy just in time for a trip North ? HAHAHAHA
  7. Yah.. but don't miss this part.... In the interim, however, the regulation is in place and cannot be ignored. In the mean time our Enforcement Branch will update Conservation Officers concerning this issue and the purpose of the provision which will assist them in making good judgements in the field when encountering potential violations. However, our best advice to anglers at this time is to ensure that they have registered all ice huts which meet the present criteria and to display their registration number as provided for in the regulations
  8. That was COOL. Now the question is... is he fishing a river or a great lake where 2 talons at a time are legal ?
  9. You welcome Pete... just figure with the diverse knowledge on this board if we all offered up some assistance the "world" would be a better place. Hope your leak problem is now behind you and VERY smart of Tracker to wake up to the power of the internet and end sales numbers!
  10. There's more chance that a sledder will run you down out there... then him crashing, let alone into you, but it is indeed illegal.
  11. Must remain 500 feet vertically and/or horizontally from any building, boat mast or known assembly of people unless taking off or landing. They know there's people out there.... The only time I come close to what they're doing is cruising Wasaga Beach in the summer time ! LOL
  12. If he's actually that low then you can easily read the letters off the fuselage side. If he didn't land or take off, to have an excuse for the height... call Transport Canada at 4900 Yonge St. and have them lift his licence... I personally have no use for such behaviour.

  15. Aww.... come on.. go easy on the lad he is getting a tad old looking, but saying that I realize I'm getting there to. Think his was the first album I bought when I went off to school in TO.... back in 79 LOL. Did he put an album out since then? Mind you he was an "upbeat" from the boring game itself. Excitement was the Montreal/NY game earlier in the day! Best game of hockey I'd seen in a LONG while.
