Get a nice heavy sinker and 300 yards of 6lb or 4lb line and start casting towards them LOl you`ll hit one.

I dont know how many guys and ladies in here are NCAA basketball fans and how much do they know about it, but one of the best coaches in NCAA history resigned. If you every watched a crazy coach on tv screaming and throwing chairs on the b-ball court that was him LOL. He had a hell of a temper and you better do things his way. This is what coach K had to say about him: "Outside of my immediate family, no single person has had a greater impact on my life than Coach Knight," said Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski, who played for Knight at Army. I`ve seen the dents that a 40' log makes, only on tv LOL. I also saw moose and deer go right through the windshield, thats some scary stuff right there as well. I saw a video, this guy hit a moose but didnt kill it. Moose`s behind went through the windshield and they had to sedate it to pull it out lol. he looked like one ticked off moose.

haha I knew we had some truckers in here. Same with trucks transporting gravel and stuff like that lol. On my old car iI had 4 marble size dents in my windshield just from driving on 401 lol, kinda suprised the windshield held up for as long as it did.

So i am driving up the ramp this morning on my way to work and there is this truck in front of me going up the ramp as well. As we both merge on expressway and start speeding up, this huge sheet of snow and ice flies off of his rig and lands right on me, busts my wiper and dents my windshield. I was going about 80 at the time and it was really wet and i couldnt have just stopped or tried to avoid it and i wasnt going fast enough to merge to the left lane and dodge it, last thing i wanted to do was make somebody rearend me and total 2 cars maybe. I was lucky enough that my wipers were working and wiped snow and ice and slush of my windshield fast enough and i didnt end up in a ditch somewhere. Now the rant is.. Guy didnt even stop to see if I am ok, not sure if he saw sheet of ice flying off his rig or not BUT is it so hard to clean the rigs??? I see it happen all the time and its really dangerous! Why dont these transportion companies hire someone just to go from a rig to a rig and clean them after the snow storms???

Heard on the news earlier today that the truck on burlington bridge rolled over and traffic was stopped in one direction.

I downloaded Trophy Bass 2007 but i am running it on XP, not sure if its compatible with vista. I really havent heard that many great things about vista, mostly compatibility issues. One thing i didnt like about the game is that you can only catch bass ( largemouths and smallmouths ) and pike. Last fishing game i had you could catch all other sort of fish. is rapala pro fishing any better??

Never fished the bog but to catch crappies you should try using a float and a jig and just let it sit there and pull it every now and then. You can also use a jighead and put a minnow on a hook like it was mentioned in the early idiott. As well try worms if you can find them anywhere that might work. Float couple of split shots and a hook and a worm, thats how i fished when i was a kid lol but it works

I started reading about fly fishing yesterday and there is so much to learn about it. There is so much usefull info on the net on fly patterns and how to fish specific flies and even what flies the fish will feed on depending on the season and the time of the day. I spent much of my day yesterday reading about trout flies, i even wrote 2 pages of notes, i just couldnt remember it all in one day. Most of my fly fishing would be done in Grand RIver, searching for trout anywhere from Belwood dam down to Elora Gorge. Thats the only area on the Grand that i know of that holdsfish and not too far of a drive. I also would love to try carp fly fishing so i will do that as well once the spring comes and they start feeding. I will try salmon fly fishing as well next fall, i just have to figure out what flies to use once they get into the rivers. I saw a whole bunch of egg pattern flies so they should work in theory. I`d love to go steelhead fishing, its just that i dont really know where to go and most of the tribs are frozen and probably will be frozen untill late in the spring. I think i am picking up my rod on sunday and some flies so we`ll start from there. I tried finding a fish farm near Kitchener that is open all season around so i can go there and practice but i couldnt find much. thank you for your input guys, its appriciated

Hey Fly fisherman out there. The concept of fly fishing has always amused me and always wanted to give it a go, but non-stop casting always kinda turned me off. I decided to buy myself a xmass present and get me a begginer`s fly fishing combo. Since i never fly fished i found couple of different combos on sale cabela`s for about 100.00 and i am not quite sure which one to get. I just phoned the ministry of transportation and the lady said that the e-test is valid for a year and safety for 36 days. Car i got is a 2004 impala and the guy said he has the origianal papers for the e-test which is what i need and he is doing safety again today. We`ll see how it turns out

Person said he was doing safety again today before he delivers the car. Thank you guys and ladies

Hey Guys i just bought a car yesterday. Person who sold it to me said that the E-test and the Safety were done 3-4 months ago. Now when I go to get my plates from the ministry am i going to have to do safety and E-test again or ones that the person who sold me the car did are still valid?? Thank you guys

Keep it light! since you are going to be on a go most of the time, bring with you just whatever you need. Make sure that the spinning wheel isnt a huge one, you dont need 300 yards of line on it. Get some hooks, some spinners if you are chasing trout, for bass tubes and worms i guess. and good luck!

I am from kitchener and never really fished down at Niagara river but would love to try. i am free most of the weekends and if it happens to be a weekday i still have one sick day i can use lol.

nice fish! That same lure has worked for me as well. I was able to catch pike consistantly all season long with that lure.

Hey guys, I am looking to buy a new car and i really like impalas. I have a chevy lumina now and its been great but its just worn out. I am just wondering if anyone here knows if impala`s are any good or if anyone here owns one. Any info would be much appriciated.

you are looking at about 16 dollars for a roll. 300 yards i think. Its a great line tho, it stretches quite a bit tho.

Look for creeks or rivers comming to lake Ontario and check it out. Most of the time u can actually see fish swim around. I wish i knew more so i could help u out

I am not an expert on bow fishing but i think they float fish for them. Bag of row and couple of split shots and a failry light float and keep on casting in the pools. Thats as much as i know about it, hope it helps

Had couple of hours to spare sunday and ended up going fishing for about 2.5 hours. Water was cold and a bit murkier then the last time i was there, and spotting the fish was much harder. Still managed to see couple of them swimming around, and ended up catching most of them. Went 2/4, loosing two in some current and shallow water. here are pics Fish were really really skiny for this time of the year, not sure if i should be concerned
