  1. me neither, this was my first year extensivly trying to catch them down at the locks. as well as walleye (was very unsuccessfull with the 'eyes).costs me too much money to catch them salmon lol. i only got two both about 5lb atlantics one while going for whitefish back in july and one was actually trying for them and got it on my first cast not even five minutes into standing there! suprised the heck right outta me. i ate a big ol' 23 pounder from the rapids last year and it was the worst tasting salmon i ever ate. lol i have yet to see a guy who is using buzz bombs actually catch one!
  2. wow. nice catch. i've been living away from scugog for about 4 years now and i completely forgot how big it is.
  3. uh, oh. looks like your lips got a little leak goin on.....
  4. i stick to mepps, have never used panther martins and vibrax only used once with good results. i stick more towards just a plain worm hook and sinker with a little spiner that you can attach a hook to, not sure what their called, their more of a spinner bait style spinner except smaller and plain chrome or whatever it is. they work great for me cause i usually only creek fish for specks and i get great catches that way! only a few select people in town know about my pools!
  5. Don't worry, your just a light weight
  6. "Do we need some lubrication?" "No baby, it's a four stroke" hahaha!
  7. jeez....... I KINDA FEEL LIKE YOUR YELLING AT ME.. lol.......
  8. ya im pretty sure you have to have an mnr permit. but theres a pond i'd like to stock too. it used to be stocked with specks but people caught them all and all thats left is cat fish and suckers, and there isnt even very many of them left. so i'd like to stock it wit hspecks again. its a good sized pond and fairly deep so the specks would do very well provided they get smart haha.
  9. great job dude, whats that hangin outta the whitefishes mouth? im only firmiler to a teardrop and wax worms when it comes to fishin for them things.
  10. dara has a point. why randomly pull people over that arent breaking the law? i find that the people in this neck of the woods are more comonly stealing the old junky sleds instead of the new ones (not that their smart enough to know how to anyway). I even have a class with a guy who is riding around a stolen sled and he hasnt gotten busted yet, even though i have reported that he has it.........
  11. i don't have my insurance or ownership in my sled, it all stay's in my jacket........ I'm pretty sure they got a blitz goin on up here too cause they released that on one of the news sites not too long ago. I'm thinkin' maybe its ontario wide?
  12. Woooooo, 3 wheeler! hahaha. i wouldn't trust 3-4" but thats just me.
  13. wow, that looks like a super great trip!

  15. sweet report man! good job on the lakers!
  16. well, i dont have the first hand experiance but my uncle is a die hard race fan. goes to the local tracks for every race no matter what vehicle it is. he went to michigan 2 years in a row now and is heading on his 3rd. it got rained out for him his first year in june, so he booked tickets for the august race the next year. He just gets his tickets for him and his wife, gets a hotel (I have no clue where) and eats at a few retaurants. yes it is possbile to drive to the track, i dont know how long it takes from one of the hotels though. he has fun every year, and comes back with a few things each time. he doesnt have the most cash so i'm pretty sure this race is an affordable one. And thats about all i have to say. whatever race you decide to go to, have fun!
  17. i was drawn in by the "PB WALLEYE" part..... lol it is a funny little one though. during the summer i got a number of fiesty little ones.
