well, the bike will deffinately be used for more workish sorta things. i gotta have one that can haul my 220lb butt around, plus some fishin gear and whatever else i can manage to haul. im aware of the maintenance deal too. i service all of my sleds myself, and i make sure its done right before i take them out. same with my quad i sold. was a 4 stroke and the engine mounts gave way with only one left holding the enigine in place so i decided to scrap it.

Hahahaha! i'd do the same. but i always have bought 2 piece rods. never had one break on me. but i have seen the one piece rods break at the tip. my buddy's almost $200 one pice got a strike by a laker and broke the tip clean off. was a medium-heavy too. therefore 2 piece, lol.

hey guys, well, i seem to be having some issues with my 1992 ski-doo safari 462 (known as a 467). im not too sure if its the primary clutch or what. all the components in it are good. it takes off at 3500rpm and at full throttle bogs until around 4500rpm then it takes right off like a rocket. i dont know if its how the primary is set or something else. im going to clean the carb. later to see if it semi- fixes the problem. or who knows maybe i have to set the primary to engage at about 4500rpm..... forgot to mention my 1993 safari rally 503 (dual carb) goes really well! im pretty sure it takes off at the same rpm. no problems with bogging or anything though. any help would be great. thanks, JP

ya, hahaha! i find japanese made stuff is sometimes a little better than chinese. my frame for my other mixed quad came from china the motor from japan. that thing had a lot of tourque! i sold it after the front mounts gave way though. coulda made a new thicker mounting plate but i decided to get rid of it. still driveable but the chain fell off alot while the mounts were all busted up. don't really know why im talkin about that but i thought i'd share.

96' yamaha big bear eh? ya, them honda's and yammie's are some nice quads! i dont care for the belt drive quads, they just dont seem all that reliable to me. arctic cat and polaris, i don't care for their quads. suzuki i dont really know i've never been on one. can-am never been on one either but from what i hear from my buddies their pretty good. i would say overall shoot for the honda, i find them the best. thats just my opinion though! good luck, JP

but does it offer a natural bush silencer from the highway noise?

what you shoulda done first was pick up a bit of bead sealer to make sure you have a good bead that you can half rely on haha. but as long as the bead holds you should be good till another pressure crack gits' ya haha.

ohhhhh, obatanga provincial park is another one! great fishing even that the lakes are around the highway. easy to get in and outta the lakes. nice quiet camp ground. decent sized pike and if you have luck or skill then you can catch a walleye or two (burnfield lake). but there are other good walleye lakes around too! its about a 3 1/2 hour drive from sault ste. marie. i love it there. a pink through the ice?!?!?!?! now that sounds rare! haha. crazy.
-
there is a possiblity you could do that and put some rubber bead sealer on there. but i wouldnt trust that. i would recommend a whole new rim all together. but maybe someone else has a better more cost efficient idea than a new rim or more reliable than a hammer and bead sealer haha.
-
nice catch! the walleye in the 4th pic down looks like a rocket, haha.
-
do you know what the fishing is like directly at the locks right now? do you catch just whities there or the odd walleye and perch? i know i get the odd perch during soft water, as well as an ocassional smallie.

mmmmmm, stolen pike

sadly, lol, no! dont have an auger and havent really been looking for old holes to break open. i have been riding on the river the last few days though! leigh's bay to mark's bay around the airport, runway park, up maki road and back home again. i should be picking up an auger sometime soon though! i hope i get at least one fish through the ice before its too late.

i say plasma. the picture is SUPER freakin' great! my grandfather got a nice one not too long ago on his way back from texas. super nice t.v. im pretty sure its about 40"-45". great picture on it. im pretty sure it was a vizio. it was on for dirt cheap which is why he got it...... the cheap ol' fart! hahahaha!

i just got some phillip's electric deal, i don't necessarily "shave" but i "trim" lol. im too lazy to make it close. lol i just use the "beard trimmer" deal on the razor.

hahaha, you got that right. i head out before first light for whitefish. thats usually a good 2-3 hours before anyone else comes to fish along the western pier. usually when i get there, within the first 5 mins i have a nice one on and as soon as i get that one its followed by another while my jig is on its way down. gets purdy busy on weekends though, thats why i stick to weekdays haha.
