  1. hey look, i finally got someone to agree with me on the forum hahaha
  2. hey man, people make mistakes. yea sure, the way fish are handled should be common sense. thats why there are videos all over the place that show you how to handle fish properly... and when fish flop like that it isnt easy to keep control..... i almost dropped a fish like that, but i caught it this is a stupid thing to argue about anyway, it happened what..... 5-6 years ago? he has obviously learned ALOT more about angling since then. like me, i just got into fishing about 3 years ago and i have learned SO MUCH MORE than i already knew.
  3. i've made my mistakes too man.... dont feel bad, a cat fish bit me one time (i dont have the greatest temper) and the first thing i could grab is what i killed it with... im not like that anymore though. i follow the limits and handle my fish properly and hopefully will never be wrapped up with lures by a pike ...... i'll add this too, them things can take quite the beating!!
  4. heyyy look at that! only people from the A.D. have posted haha.
  5. thanks for the help! do you happen to know how thick the ice is out on leigh's bay right now? and i already asked wormdangler, he says he hasnt heard anything about it. he did tell me that he only managed to get one perch today! lol
  6. wrong word!!!! thats wayyy to many people for me....... i'd get mad if all those people were in my way!

  9. okay so, me being in the same boat..... are you calling him a tool too? btw never said anything about "hating" what you shoulda got outta that sentence was the word DISLIKE.... So, if anything your the tool here..... anyhow im not goin to sit here and argue over something so stupid, heres an old saying i hope you comprehend: to each their own.

  16. 1981 ski-doo citation 3500 377cc $180..... older sled should be cheaper... but i got a cheaper insurance company this year so we'll see.
  17. oh ya! hahaha! i remember that thread, lol.
  18. im new to ice fishing. this will be my first season. im a 220-225lb guy. what thickness ice of should there be for my size? and how long into the season should i wait before i set foot on the ice? AND is there anyone on this board that fishes lake george during hard water? if so are there any decent/good spots for perch and walleye?
  19. heres a thought fer you guys. 10lb berkley trilene extra tough line is really abrasion resistant when i use it, i was trolling with my line (12lb vanish) and my father was trolling with his line (10lb trilene XT) and half way through a very productive day with walleye and pike my line was the most abraded while his line was almost perfect! trilene XT is good line IMO. JP
  20. HAHAHAHA!
  21. ya thats right i forgot to mention the amount of twist that comes with that line....
  22. time to drive up to eagle lake and join my big ol' native buddy for some ice fishing. nice video btw! JP
