Ah I just got back from my Tuesday Military duty that is a three hour round trip Saskatoon. Just to let you know how it went with Turd Boy, is that he will be doing some more work for the Town under my supervision to pay off his debt to Society for breaking the law once again. Surprisingly he showed up and on time. I never let him know who I was, never mentioned about his complaint till later. Told him who was boss and exactly what he was to do as in his Garbage Detail . I made sure that he lifted 95 percent of the towns garbage and gave him some scenarios as in how some people will try to take advantage. Lucky we had one resident that had 15 Residents worth of Garbage in which I made a point on the insanity of the situation. Yup he loaded all 15 Bags under my guise. When we approached his place I made it a point to say how we had one complainer that lied about his Turd bag, and then I looked at him and said. IT WAS YOU Wasn't it. I think I caught him in the headlights. He tried to say That I busted the Bag on purpose, but that's when I corrected him. He pretty well of admitted that he tossed a turd bag amongst the sealed tagged bags. That's as good as admitting that he lied to me. I found out that supposedly he was in the Army. When I quized him, he kind of changed his dates of 10 years. He is a Bull er. Then he mentioned he went to Military Cook school and bragged that his supervisor told him to go to the beach for a couple of weeks and drink beer as what Turd Boy told me" Because the Master Corporal told him "because he knew more about cooking than the Instuctor. I told Turd Boy is that it sounds Retarded and unbelievable to me. Now here's where I really respect him here, like some of the OFners want me to. I asked him what his fine was about. His Reply was. Driving without a registration. Oh Yea, the cop was out of line because Turd Boy was rushing his wife to the hospital due to MS, however the cop would not drive his wife as Turd Boy was prohibited from driving. Yea a real winner eh, blame the cop. One of my pet peeves, blaming others. I foresee that Turd Boy is going to help me to cut and load a bunch of trees for his next job I like this Idea of working off his fine. The way they are working it is $10 an hour. So he has $190 of work to do. That's about 16 hours more work.

Chris I also kind of enjoy your comments and input. It makes for an interesting forum at times.

So I work for a small resort Town 40 Kms from the city. They call me the Townman, which I guess you can say is the Maintenance man. I am the Public Works that wears many caps. I look after the Fire Hall, on call during the day, maintain the roads, buildings and utilities, I'm even the Dog Catcher. Part of my job is also garbage pickup on Tuesdays. Bags are tied and tagged and I throw them in the PU truck and haul it to the dump. Its a good easy workout. So far Ive had no complaints except one last Tuesday. These new people moved in renting an old house, with their old Suburban with a wooden rear window and some old school bus parked in the back yard and several Dogs. They are dirty looking and obviously on social assistance. Ill say it, TRASH. Well I get to their place and low and behold they got about a dozen Garbage bags. I pick them up and out drops a small bag with Turd that broke opened. They tried to pull one over. Anyways I didnt want it in my truck or on the curb so I tossed back in their driveway. They call the town and complains that I purposely busted the bag. Anyways I call him up and he tells me that he seen me and hangs up on me. Yea I guess I shouldn't of gotten his number. I find out that he has to do community work to pay off fines and guess what. HE IS WORKING FOR ME TOMORROW TO PICK UP GARBAGE. Luv how things work out. I am going to sit in the Truck and watch him pick up every stinking Garbage Bag. My question is. When I first meet him in the Shop I want to read him a Riot act. My pet Peeves. Stealing , Lying, Complaining, I won't or I can't. I will end it covering my tush by stating " I'm not saying that you do any of this" Should I do this as payback is great feeling or just forget it. NO, I dont feel sorry for him, I'm still not going to lift a finger though. Any advice.

You betcha, when I picked up that Buck knife that was cleverly packaged hiding the made in China, it disappointed me. Well at least my Chicago cutlery folding fillet knife made in USA makes up for it. The dollar fillet knives are actually pretty sharp. Not sure how they will sharpen, but for a buck, even if its disposable what the hoot.

OOps Wrong Quote I meant the easy sharp at Canadian Tire thats on sale. Yup they work great. I was in Mtl two weeks ago and picked up 10 made in Japan fillet Knives at the Dollerama store $1 each.

Love the Rack and the Idea. Built something out of wood for my pickup. What I added is a Piece of PVC on the back ramp to act as a roller as I found it easier to roll on then off.

Ive had two Boats now, both Aluminum 14 foot with wooden decks and the carpeting. Ive pulled the carpeting and wood out of both boats. Its not for speed, but mostly because it was way too heavy for my liking. Nothing like trying to pull up the Titanic to secure it overnight at a camping spot. Also I ran into several lakes where I had to Launch and recover without the aid of Water. It just gives me more flexibility vice a level carpeted floor. I have a 12 foot with a 9.9 Yamaha which I find Dangerous. That thing goes like a Rocket and I found myself stopping forgetting to take it easy as the wake will swamp the stern if I'm not careful. I would not modify anything, You could be asking for trouble.

So whats your point. Yes I have fished a lot in Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Vermont, and also dabbled a bit in Bosnia and Germany. Actually I also fished in BC for 7 years and even off a Wharf in Kuwait. Chances are I will fish in Ontario again. So whats your Point

Now as far as Sask changing the clocks. In the Winter it doesn't get Daylight till 9 AM and it gets dark at 430 PM. I think it would suck if we fell back an hour it would be 8 and 330 Here's where its nice, in the summer, dusk can be 1130 pm If we sprung an hour it could be 1230 Am So in the winter without the time change we are an hour ahead of Alberta, what really sucked is working the oil fields close to Alberta we were Guaranteed an extra hour of work since we did work with Alberta companies and Alberta oil fields. I actually liked going home before 7 PM, but if you needed the hours, too easy. There is still a controversy on having a time change. I say leave it, any hoot you guys don't want me up till 2 AM on OFC, now do ya. The Mods need their sleep.

My Magellan 315 has no issues. I actually compared it with my Garmin I just bought and found the Garmin can learn a thing or two off a Magellan. Its called being user friendly by not having to scroll through a dozen pages that a garmin forces you to find a key setting. Then again I used a Magellan during the cease fire in the first Gulf war establishing a Border. Good enough for the Military, good enough for me. Don"t count them out.
