  1. JB's Fishing Depot, Kipling 401 area. Also, Kris' FishOnLine.Ca shop, now near Lawrence and Jane. They are both fine folks.
  2. I was fishing the same area, chatting with Grant by phone, but I had only one follow, right to shore in a foot of water, but I couldn't get that lady to commit. Nice fish, Grant.
  3. The battery hammer throw is the more better one.
  4. Very pretty fish, Joeytier. Nice shootin'.
  5. Service Master came to my place (Etobicoke) due to a leaking pipe. Between them and the insurance company, I couldn't have been more pleased.
  6. I think the difference is neoprene cuffs on the top o line suit. Stops the water from running down your wrists while fishing in the rain. Handy feature that.
  7. Your shots look very Flickr-y, and that means excellent. Thanks.
  8. I have large respect for you interior trippers. I love the park, but I'm no longer ready for that kind of commitment. And yes, I visited Shall / Shirley / Ryan, but that was almost 40 yrs ago. I know you will have a great trip, RambleOn, make sure you tell us about your adventure. Me, I'll be arriving Opeongo on Sunday, May 10. Look for a couple of 1750 ProV Lunds on the North Arm near Eric's Island or Proulx, or for the heaviest camp in the park.
  9. I would guess that those who don't actually have an address don't do a whole lot of voting, for Miller or anyone else, but maybe they should vote, I see your point.

  11. Who's a big sweetie! Who!
  12. Grant, now you are just going to confuse folks with that. That gray matter of yours seems to spin side-a-ways.
  13. This is one of the most heartwarming posts I've seen in a long while. I am a strong proponent and advocate of ART, the success rate on ALL patients is 90%, including those that have had failed surgery. It will cost you $30 or $40 per treatment, but you will only need 3 or 4, and the results are IMMEDIATE, as in right now. It smarts a bit, but you will not believe how much better you are after just one treatment. Go to the link provided by Craig_Ritchie, and type in your postal code. The applet will return the licensed providers near your home or place of business. I wouldn't wait for this kind of relief. Give 'er. And NorthEastShark, shame on the Dr who told you to live with this or get cut. Most HMOs in the US will not pay for surgery until and unless you've been treated with Active Release Therapy. Take this to heart and don't let them cut you until you try this.
  14. Happy Birfday, Wayne, and Best Fishes. Hmmmmmmmmm, cake.
  15. It's a Pittance of Time, no, really.
  16. Give em a Parry Sound Severe, or a sharp blade inserted just behind the head bone.
  17. BillM, I have come way too close to filling my chest waders with some soon to be Lake Erie water and I don't like it one bit. Fast flows and rolling gravel give me the willies. Good for you for toughing it out. Fabulous fish as always, Mike. Thanks for sharing your trip.
  18. I'm a geezer, and some fish scare me, ok? A little slack. If you don't mind.
  19. For some who can't see the video, it is a bunch of bands, from everywhere on this earth, playing the same song in synch, maybe on a multi location live link. Very cool. The idea might have been served better by a multinational rendition of 'One Love, One Heart', but that is so cheezy, and it would look like a Pepsi commercial. 'Stand by Me' is the better tune. Hopeful is the message. I like hopeful. Lead or follow, or get out of the way.

It's not a pretty sight, looks like turkey giblets or something.
  21. SStreak, that is a really good photo. Beautiful fish.
  22. You've always wanted a pony? I'm more along the lines of a Red Rider BB Gun. Cliff and Carole have the whole dang thing going on, nice folks too.
