They only ALLEGEDLY did those things until it is proven in court. Hence not shooting them without any questioning. Now when they PROVE beyond a doubt these guys did it, a JUDGE , trained and officiated in JUDGMENT for his entire life, will decide the survivor's fate. LEGALLY. Thats how thus country and that one work and always have, so your opinion of what should be done to the guy is just that. Opinion from a bystander who's only source of info is major media.

Welcome aboard. Dunnville is pretty well your best starting point for channel cats on the grand. If you're shore fishing, there are plenty of areas near the dam to cast a line. There are also a few launches if you have a boat. The catfish are all over the place. I find the bigger ones are up shallow.

My grandpa used to do it that way. He nailed them to a tree and took pliers to each side. He loved bullheads, as is where my love for their sweet spring fillets comes from. He always said "a fish you can fillet without a knife is meant to be eaten" I however live in an apartment, with a clean girlfriend who wouldn't appreciate me nailing catfish to boards in the kitchen. So I do it the pansy way and cut the head off, then fillet like a perch. Haha

After a long wait for some warm nights, the channel cats are running the local tribs. This weekend won't be great , but next week ill be back into never sleep mode as ill be on these guys whenever im not at work. Lol First fish of season for me 14lbs and eric's first a fat 11. Lots of smaller ones and bullheads biting. No need to draw attention to one trib. ANY lake erie trib with some depth and muddy flats has these guys in it, and they grow well over 20lbs in all of them. Get on em. They were taking cut up spottail shiners and a few hits on cut sucker meat.

Because your training to defend your family is based on watching movies, whereas cops are trained to deal with things. Cops dealing with things keeps stupid rednecks from killing everyone that walks on their property. Last time somebody pulled a gun on me I told him he better have lots of bullets, and continued walking towards him. Of course, as anyone would be, he was too scared to fire the gun and simply froze. Luckily he was the one doing the threatening, not me. So after tough guy with the brass peed his pants and cried, the cops came and collected him. Now thats justice.

Its nice that the company will replace them, but that doesn't bring back lost fish. Had similar experiences with a few lure companies. Usually tell them about the inconvenience , lost fish, and they will sweeten the deal to make you feel a little better

Are we talking about murder, or robbery? People seem to have the line obviously blurred here. Somebody trying to kill me, my family, my dog, a fellow human, you bet I'd drop and maybe even kill that dude. That's a reaction to a life and death situation. HOWEVER: A robbery is a simple robbery, until someone pulls a gun and escalates it into a gunfight. Even if you're a good shot, everyone misses sometimes. ONE missed shot could kill an innocent woman, child, etc. It's not something I want on my street, so that people can feel like the Punisher against every lowlife out there. And I'm sorry , did you say it's a SCARY world, because we have trained public servants out there 24/7 to protect us? Cops are here to help us, and alleviate these would-be vigilante justice league confrontations from jacked up gun toters.

Hook, splitshot, corn. Learning how to get them to bite and where they are located is far more important than your rig. You can chum with buckets of bait all day in one spot, or use modest amounts and move to stay on fresh fish all day. Really, there's no wrong way to do it. Well if he has a gun, I'm not Bruce Willis, so I'm gonna assume I wouldn't jump for my holster when the other dude's gun is drawn. That is INVITING what would have been a simple robbery that the cops would have dealt with into a gunfight. Now everyone has a gun. How many of them are a good shot? You're now in a fight to the death, risking the lives of others on the street, to preserve your pride and 20 bucks. No I wouldn't be so stupid as to fight back at gunpoint.

When they go to jail, they will have a fate worse than death waiting for them.
