Had a Rival Crock Pot must be close to 10 years now, get used a fair amount, never had a problem. Think Rival was the original slow cooker.

My wife is American, yes , Americans think Canada is a socialist country no matter who is in power. Comparing Harper to Trump and other Republicans in the states is really a stretch and fear mongering.
-
TSX at 18 month low, Harper must not be doing well in the polls.

Not sure if there was a peehole hole in 73, think it was a a pair of exhaust relief holes at the the top/back of the lower end and a water/exhaust mix came out there.

Our dog will snore , but not very loudly, but she dreams like crazy, legs kick, woofs, rapid eye movement, all too funny . I thinks snoring is more common in breeds like yours Joey, growing up, neighbours had small bulldog type breeds and they'd all snore.

I was talking about the actual right to hunt and fish , there are those that would like to protect our wildlife against even us , the fishermen and hunters, you can vote for a " Greener Party " perhaps, but it might come around to bite your butt. http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/thunder-bay/hunter-harrassment-bill-c-655-to-protect-hunters-angler-and-trappers-1.3000255

Think the downward spiral all started when they made the switch from premix to oil injection. Bet half the early oil injection motors , the owners disabled it and went back to premixing.

I believe I said of all the European countries , Germans are the most frequent hunting and fishing visitors, of course Americans are number 1. Ignoring the P3TA and like groups isn't going to make them go away, doing nothing insures that they will win. You might be surprised if they polled 416land how much support a ban of catch and release sport/picture trophy fishing would have.
-
Who do you think lobbied for that ??? not fishermen I guarantee you. Did you read the link I posted on P3TA's fishing policy? Of all the European countries , Germans are probably the most frequent Canadian visitors coming here for hunting and fishing vacations
-
Actually they do, I would have considered Germany and Switzerland to be the last 2 Euro countries outside of Scandanavia to fall for the looney tune of P3TA, but here we have them following the mantra of fish for food OK , fishing for sport barbaric. " In Switzerland and Germany, catch and release fishing is considered inhumane and is now banned.[5] In Germany, the Animal Welfare Act states that "no-one may cause an animal pain, suffering or harm without good reason".[6] This leaves no legal basis for catch and release due to its argued inherent lack of "good reason", and thus personal fishing is solely allowed for immediate food consumption. Additionally, it is against the law to release fish back into the water if they are above minimum size requirements and aren't a protected species or in closed season. " You catch it in season and it is legal size , it's supper.

I have an brass Chatillion that I bought in the 80's that is still accurate, never even replaced the batteries once.

Whether you like their policies, economics or political tactics, the Conservative Party is the only one the has defended our rights and heritage as hunters , fishermen, shooters and trappers . So the the next time you vote for one of the other parties you are voting along side the Petaphiles and eco-nazis that would like to see an end to our favourite pastimes. http://www.P3TA.org/issues/animals-in-entertainment/cruel-sports/fishing/ These types have the ear of the Lieberals and NDP.

Found the footage I was talking about, think the camera was maybe attached to the cannonball, good clarity for 60 foot down. http://vid138.photob...zps2eey4rhv.mp4

Looks similar to a Waterwolf camera, seen some good footage of downrigger fishing for lakers off Grimsby. The only bad thing is no live feed, don't know what you got on film till you pull the card and view it.

The scariest thing about Trudeau is that if his name had been Smith he be directing some High School production of "Arsenic and Old Lace " somewhere. Fiscal responsibility ?? what would a trust fund baby know about that " The budget will balance itself " I love Liberal math, it's like fiction but with numbers and stuff.

Almost sounds like that Ram-X stuff that Coleman made the scanoes out of. Didn't they have some kind of torture test commercial too?

I need to get my head wrapped around the wide angle views of these new GoPro type devices, I was guessing at least 3 times that with my old 35MM SLR / Kodachrome brain.
-
My eyesight must be going or it's the perspective of a wide angle lense, but they look to be at least a long cast away, it's not like you can read the numbers on the boat or even the Manufacturer on the side from the video.

Thinking about getting 2nd dog a Labradoodle
dave524 replied to FLEX ROD's topic in General Discussion
I've always understood that defects were more frequent in purebred dogs, due to a sometimes limited gene pool or a family tree without many branches. Crossbreeds, mixes , mutts or as they are fashionably called today with cutesy names, designer breeds are less prone to defects. My family has always had purebreds hunting dogs both hounds and bird dogs. After not having a dog for years and now retired my wife and I got a dog from the SPCA, thinks she is mostly yellow lab but with some ridgeback or boxer and maybe some pit in there as well. By far the best dog we both have ever had, affectionate "velcro dog" . -
What's the range on a bluetooth device??? if it's like my phone and hearing aids not very far, definitely no hero drifts.
-
I've caught Bowfins that had a green tongue, never a pike.
-
Yeah and I put chopped up hard boiled eggs in it too
-
Looks good Spiel, potato salad needs a healthy shot of mustard though, preferably Dijon.

Don't forget the Jays have played 3 more games than the Yankees.

Don't places have season's passes anymore? They used to be about 10 X the day rate, paid off if you were a frequent user..
