  1. Already called... My dealer is a few hours away in NY State tho... Want to make sure it's not minor before towing across the boarder Video is coming
  2. Hello Had to get towed in today... So... I was driving WOT smooth as can be then it seamed like my motor slowed down ever so slightly... Like 2-3 mph difference... Shortly after I began to hear a knocking/clacking sound and an alarm went off... I shut it down and called for a tow to avoid further damage... The knocking/clacking sound seams to follow the RPMS as far as frequency goes... The noise occurs in all 3 gears I ran it on the muffs and removed 1 spark plug at a time and the noise remained constant... I can't tell where it's coming from because it's resignating through the entire motor.... With the hood on it sounds like the lower end... With the hood off its louder so then it sounds like the engine... A little reasearch says it could be a piston rod... Pop shaft bearing... As well as others... My warranty expired yesterday.... Any input or expert advise would be very much appreciated.... 2012 f50t Yamaha tiller 50hp 4 stroke Thanks Mike

  6. I have DI and for my fishing I don't use it a heck of a lot... But DI was only $100 more and I think it was worth $100... I wish I could afford SI.... Oh baby the possibilities...
  7. Not only fishing spots to protect... But your home and family as well... Watched a documentary where in a few weeks of online picture stalking a hacker knew where the family lived... The kids favourite park... Their best friends home... Their favourite restaurants... And more... Scary stuff
  8. 100% agree You don't need a snap with a swivel because cranks don't spin... Keep it as light weight as you can And FYI... Those are really strong... I've landed big musky trolling for walleye using those little snaps...
  9. Use 4x4 if you got it and keep your front wheels outta the water...
  10. They've been here for a long time... Like stated above they aren't the ones on YouTube jumping like crazy... They are am rare around here tho

  15. Well Sadly the company never contacted me and I never received my lures... PayPal dispute had to be started and now escalated to a claim... I'd stay away from this company... I'm going to look for another company with a similar product now...
  16. In my local walleye tournament I run 20 miles from the launch with my 50hp... For the money these guys are fighting for and the speed the boats run id do those long runs if I thought it would win me the tourney...
  17. Filleted I only keep fish for 3 days MAX...
  18. Casting? Trolling? Dirty water? Clear water? Target depth? Fishing structure or open water? I like the 20 foot taildancers but recently have been doing well with deep thundersticks...
  19. If you fish current you'll need more weight... I usually run 3-5 oz when trolling spinners... 4oz 99% of the time
  20. It's a nice lake with lots if room on a busy day... We had a tough day and we still got about 15 largemouth bass... 6 pike and a walleye... And we finished around 2pm... The bass we got were smaller 1.5-2lb mostly... But fun on light gear... I would recommend it for a trip...
  21. I got a fenwick at Canadian tire and love it...
  22. I was on that lake today... Lol
  23. I used this story at work not long ago... I supervise a group of people that fear change and often treat new team members harshly when they have ideas that go against what's been done for the past 10 years... It's funny but it really made some people think twice
