  11. Hey all, I'm putting together a fishing kit for my friends 3 and 5 year olds for Christmas. I picked them up rods and reels from BPS this morning along with some micro tubes. I was hoping to stock their new tackle boxes with barbless hooks just to be safe but forgot to look for them while I was there. I stopped into the local Wal-Mart and CTC and couldn't find them. Can they be bought? Where? Thanks Maureen
  12. Hey all, I was going to wait until the new year for this, but it seems people want to know now, glad to see so many are already looking forward to it . The date will be Sat. Feb 24th, with a 7am check in and a 1pm measurement deadline. Like last year food and hot drinks will be available for a donation. Again it will be 10.00 for those 16 and over, those under 16 are welcome to make a donation if they so choose. Some prizes have already been donated, and I am waiting to hear on more. I will make a separate post regarding that. If you would like to see more info on it, please click on the link in my signature. See you in Feb Maureen
  13. Good for your dog, now clean it, cut it up and let him have a treat . In my house it's not the dogs that are the hunters but the cats. My dear departed Figaro has been known to bring me rabbits, snakes, chipmunks etc... His also passed housemate Tygre has been known to separate a squirrels body from it's tail. I hope you praised him for his hunting prowess...lol Maureen
