  1. so the brown wire wasn't getting enough power... I did think the problem had to be with the truck glad you figured it out trailer light problems are one of the hardest things to figure you have earned a beer or 2
  2. yes he can gift it to his son but, it still goes against his daily limit, not his possession limit, so he can't fish till the next day
  3. however he has to be able to catch it himself if he is Disabled, you can help him reel in the fish, so if you have to hold his rod or reel in for him , it goes against your limit
  4. as someone already wrote it's one line per person not per boat, so if you have ten guys you can have 10 lines out if you are in a boat on Lake Huron, you ca have 2 lines out each from shore 1 line each
  5. strange when I read it, it seemed strait forward Lake Huron (Main Basin), excluding......excluding Georgian Bay (zone 14) Two lines may be used when trolling from a boat in open water so I read it as Lake Huron (Main Basin) Two lines may be used when trolling from a boat in open water. excluding Georgian Bay (zone 14) meaning not included zone 14 I don't think they would exclude you from getting a two line ticket
  6. Lake Huron (Main Basin), excluding South Bay on Manitoulin Island, Georgian Bay (zone 14), the North Channel (zone 14) and tributaries to Lake Huron in zones 10, 15, and 16. Two lines may be used when trolling from a boat in open water I see that as i line per person
  7. of course I would never suggest that anyone use pirated software but the bluewater maps (hydrographic) need unlock codes and they only work on the gps you register with canada topo and city maps can be copied and ran on any garmin gps
  8. ok I believe only in the mouth counts but I have seen often with the multi hook spoons where the hook is clearly in the mouth, but as soon as it starts up the hole in the ice, it is ripped out of the mouth and catches somewhere else or falls out completely and you reach down the hole and grab the fish.....legal or not
  9. I think threads like this not only need to be on this website, but should be stickies, so it stays on top for all to see
  10. have a great day I hope Paul is cooking you something great for dinner
  11. well go to the truck plug and see if the brown wire has power when the lights on the truck are on....
  12. brake lights are on yellow and green only tail lights and side markers are on brown..you have it wired wrong?? what make of truck do you have, some need an extra wire or a converter
  13. so, did they break any laws point being if they did nothing against the law, they did nothing wrong if there is a problem with them keeping a limit because of fish populations, then the limits (laws) need to be changed so lets "be itch" about the government and direct our anger towards them
  14. well uh oh how bout..nope ugh nope nothing I can say that will not get me banned

  23. that's just mean..... LOL
  24. yup if you do not have trim tilt then they are well worth the money if your motor is way under powered of your boat they are good they do give you a great hole shot, but in most cases they give you less top end unless your boat has trouble getting up on plane in which case it may give you more top end
