  5. I contacted them every week and they were tired of telling me that until the place I sent it too confirms the return of the product there was nothing they could do......I still use them.. From: Cabela's Customer Service <[email protected]> To: xxxxxscape.net Sent: Mon, 25 Feb 2008 2:21 pm Subject: [incident: 08xx0-0xxxx] Hello Terry, Thank you for your correspondence. I'm sorry, but your return hasn't been processed yet. The turn around time on returns/exchanges is approximately 4-5 weeks from the time you sent it back. The packages get sorted and processed as they come in. Once Returns gets to your package and processes the request they will then update the records so we are able to tell you more details. Please allow the designated amount of time for this to happen. Feel free to check back in either via email or chat as the time approaches. If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us. Have a great day. Melanie took six weeks now that I checked my emails
  6. I love ordering from Cabelas the only problem I had was with a return..you send it to a Canadian address, they get it and I think throw it in the corner for four or five weeks before they call cabelas and tell them to reimburse your credit card account..just takes too long but they are still better then BPS once they switched to sending everything by UPS and them acting as brokers....
  7. ok I thought this thread was a joke..humor........a funny comment on how steelhead threads go bad but it seems many took it to be something else..or I read it wrong
  8. guys if links screw up they may end up looking at a non public location I am sure they will fix it up soon
  9. well if you are going to have one for steelheading then you need one for OOS bass and one for vertical hold muskie and of course one by itself for native fishing, netting and spearing, but it has to be setup to delete itself after every post then the board is perfect
  10. my 1990 blazer towed my 19.5 ft nitro around no problem
  11. yes you have a perverted mind welcome to the club I saw them in the threads and thought the same thing
  12. dang I love signatures
  13. I don't river fish, so no problem with me walking on you friend chunk of earth but I see no reason for this thread ...a waste of my time
  14. strange enough...the OFC newsletter banner link goes no where
  15. damn..that makes you pretty old I mean Congrats Brian.
  16. LOL......
  17. I was at Gamebridge the other day to see if the simcoe walleye started spawning, but the water was way too fast to see any and too fast for them to spawn, I would think should slow down soon
  18. it's great to get out on open water I was fishing there on the weekend
  19. you should get 85% of max or more there is nothing wrong with getting the max HP...if you don't want to go as fast as max HP will give you then 3/4 throttle and you will save lots of gas and wear and tear on your motor...IMHO
  20. LOL any excuse to do that....
  21. ok, we will have to get together to check if it is the right size, I think I thought it was
  22. well I forgot all about it... did we check yet to see if the one I have on my antenna fits yours ..I have the one for mine ifmit was the same I can get the part number and we can get one form one of the radio stores
  23. I was always taught that on the water it doesn't make as much difference as on land the line of sight is how these short wave lengths work..you can get some skip over the e layer of the atmosphere but not a lot and not dependable so, The maximum theoretical distance that the two boats can communicate is 9.1 miles (4.2mi + 5mi) and The maximum theoretical distance the distant boat can communicate with the tower is 17 miles (12mi + 5mi) unless the waves are 15 feet high I would go with the longer great gain antennas..if you want to talk to airplanes then the short low gain antennas will shoot the signal high....I have been a ham radio operator for over 20 year, so I have some idea of what I am talking about.....got my license back when you had to be able to build a transceiver to pass the course ..and morse code
  24. nice looking boat there must be open water some where
