  1. Don't you live in Oakville? LOTS of coyotes here.
  2. I don't know anything about CUPE or their voting history, but I do agree with the ad. Selling off hydro one is stupid.
  3. Coyotes reproduce more when populations are stressed. Hunt 10% of them, and they'll reproduce more than 10% back.
  4. Maybe those scientists who are trying to clone wooly mammoths should direct their efforts at these guys instead. Far more ethical, IMO.
  5. Don't know about shirts but pink bucktails rock.
  6. There's your answer right there.
  7. Kawarthas has a different opener, so you could do both.
  8. Looks pretty thick in the first 2 pics. Wonder if it's pregnant, or if that's just the winter coat.
  9. 270 for a Premier.....yuck. It's funny how prices don't go down when our dollar goes up, but they sure do the opposite!
  10. The Oakville location was great. No complaints at all about that place.
  11. That's a great looking dog, Simon.
  12. They look good. Anyone try those stowaway holdaway style things? http://stowawayholdaway.com/
  13. You get a one-time capital gains exemption up to a certain amount. You can only use it once, so make sure the # is big enough to justify it. I'm not sure what conditions are attached so best to do your own research or hire an expert.
  14. That guy makes some great points, but the Broadbent Institute is full of it, if you know what i mean. Or at least they were around the income splitting concept.
  15. Or you could do both.....
  16. We have snowdrop flowers coming up in the front yard this wknd.
  17. So the researchers fished on a day when the fish would hit any colour.....and that's conclusive?
  18. Another way is to use about the same amount of salt you'd normally put on it...but do it a couple of hrs before. You're not getting more salt than you would have otherwise used, but it will have had time to soak into the meat and break down the fibres a little.
  19. Need to try that!
  20. Has to be on long enough for the moisture to come out and go back in. At least an hour. If you use the amount of salt hthat Mike did, you need to wash it off
  21. I would salt an expensive piece of meat as well.
  22. It works for sure. You can do the same to poultry. I have never put that much salt, but I have put it on for several hours.
