  1. Must have been late for hockey practice.
  2. I though i was hallucinating one day when I looked over and seen a guy with both feet up on the dash, I guess he was cruising along with cruise control, what a goof. But his girlfriend could have been working the pedals while she was looking for something.
  3. Cool , ya I thought Alberta but I think your right it was Manitoba.
  4. Nice fish Bob, I'm on dial up so I can only get to picture 16 but here goes. Longest : Pic #9 Shortest :Pic #7 Biggest: Pic #16, 54.5", 51lbs 3oz Do you need my address ?
  5. Anyone have that picture of the Native fellow that caught that monstruos pike that would have been a world record but he fed his family with it ? the picture has his whole family holding the fish in the newspaper. I'll keep looking for it, having trouble finding it, it was a canadian fish, think Alberta.
  6. What a rookie. lol. Bob, Just wondering the story behind Homers SWIM WHIZZ lures ? how did the Believer and Swim Whiz end up almost identical. They are both in my tackle box and I like them both, but I've always wondered why they are so similar and what one was around first ? and if they use to be made from wood ? (I think a wood one would be amazing ) what do you think ?
  7. Sounds like a good time, wish I could make it, it would be alot faster if they put a bridge over the great lakes, or get a float plane like wayne.
  8. Hey Bob, any time youngster. I'm just a young pup at 26 years old, but if your ever thinking of taking another trip to fish Georgian Bay, we could go out and you could show me your tricks, I'm in between the Moon river and French river, it's a trophy stretch of water for muskie but like I said before the numbers are hard to come by maybe with your expertise we could find a couple.
  9. That's funny I had no idea who he was,( I will give myself a history lesson on your stats ) when he responded to a few post saying he's been casting for muskies for 75 years, I was like what ? unbelievable, I was thinking to myself how old is this guy. It's great to see you still love the sport after so manny years Rob, congrats.
  10. Welcome aboard. Can't give you to much advice, but I fished both those areas a couple times with good results, some nice fish, have no idea if you can boat from one to the other though, unless you follow Wayne's advice.
  11. That must be what a walleye feels like inside a musky.......lol
  12. Use to hang out with Jason Arnott and friends, still see him once and a while when he comes home in the summer to Wasaga Beach, now that he has rings to show off I don't see him around as often.
  13. Nice weekend Lew, I forgot how beautiful Ottawa is. They definitely don't make buildings like the parliament, the insides even better, makes you wonder were all the tax money goes though I can only imagine their offices with marble floors, flat-screen T.V.'s and mini bars.
  14. I remember you said that.
  15. I can understand that guys, but only good things were said about Bob. I though the post was pulled because the Henry/Italo thing was old news and the bad history of fishing didn't matter, it was my first time hearing of this news and was interested that's all. My apologies to the mods if you get any "I'll sue you emails" I wouldn't want to deal with that either.
  16. B-E-A-U- ty.
  17. Now you'll get away with much more fishing, just get your son to ask mom if you can go fishing instead. Congrats to your son, nice fish.
  18. True, and people still talk about it.
  19. Why did the Henry, Italo thread get pulled ? May be old news but it was new to me and some others, and if it was the 2 normal guys trolling 8 rods from this year it would be on page 4 of bashing, it may have been a while ago but it did happen, or did I miss something ?
  20. Beauty boat, my karma credited account is only at around $2067 and change I'll have to talk to the bank about the interest rate to afford one of those.
  21. Nice report, looked like another successful ice fishing event.
  22. Either way the tequilas still 40%.
  23. It's going to take some time and effort regardless, prefer fillets, don't like picking bones out while eating. I have gotten pretty good and fast at cleaning fish, but rarely keep pan fish now, It's a full time job when the cleaning starts, If I get into some jumbos and big slabs worth keeping it can be worth it, but the smaller ones aren't worth it IMO.
  24. Nice work fellas. Toss some pink lipstick on Marc and it would have been perfect. My parents sell fishing mags at their store including this fine one, I'm lucky enough to read them all for free. Ooops, I mean I get them at cost.
