No loaction spots from me,but yes, they are there.The lake holds some brutes,you have to know and be lucky.Personally,all mY eyes that I have caught there,were through the ice.My brother inlaw has caught some in the summer months ripping bucktails through the heavy weeds.I have caught many 2-4 pounders and had one that probly push 10.I was fishing for crappie at the time. My oldest boy has also caught them there. So to answer your question,YES.

After looking through all the imformation that both Marmac and Eighty Eight have posted on thier websites,this would be trip of a life time and is pretty pricey for a couple to spend a week,but would be a well deserved and memorible trip. I have requested some brochures from them.This forsure is a trip we are going to work on for next year.Maybe get my bro and his wife to go aswell,as this would cut the cost. Im thinking the trip right from Union station would be the best.No wear and tear on the car or chance of breakdown,and we can relax right from the get go. Thanks again for the info all.

Sorry to hear ya got your stuff stolen boss,but,,,,,,,theres a saying,if you build it,they will come.What I mean is,theres got to be a good trail to your place.I told the guys in the hunt camp, that wanted to cut trails/raods for thier atv,s,to get to spots,others would find them aswell.They did. I kinda figured it would be like you said Solo.My grandfather and his brother were very venturse with thier trips.I dought though,they flew,most likely took the rail. I agree here.If your out with a knowledgable guy and knows his stuff,you both concentrate much more and want to out do the other.I think Im up two fish on Terry. If Im out with someone thats just out to fish for a day,learning,I like to spend time helpping them catch,meaning no urgency to catch myself.
