Sad at anytime of year,but at christmas is the worst. I found that kinda wierd aswell Lew. As a vollunteer,all members were trained and qualified to use SCBA's.

I should of added,I use those doctor thin latex gloves(no powder) under my main gloves.They seem to keep the heat in the hands,until you rip one,but I just throw another on and good to go.

If you know of a printing shop.stop by and ask if you can have the left over/used, aluminum printing plates. Usualy their 2'x 4'. As for the walls,2x2 every 16" is plenty.

Thanks I had diffent water then you.High abit but decent vis.4 fish for my efforts this morning.Nothing big avg 3 pounds. Im numb from the cold. Sunday should be a wee bit better,and warmer I hope.

The one I bought last year,new 2010, is very light.It,s a 8 inch. I was very pleased with it. I,ll find out how good it really is this season.I only had 4 trips out with it last year.This year it will get a full work out.That is of course,I dont need the spud to make holes. Southern Ontario winters are so unpreditable.
