If I added skis,then I,ll need to chop the aluminum frame so it will fit under the tunnel cover. Need to hit up your area for some of those herring. Im sure that crappie area has ben hit hard and done now.

I got to drill lots this morning. I am happy so far. Lets see what happens with thicker ice. If Kevin puts up those videos,I may be rethinking a new drill.

Not sure who wanted to get out on the ice more. Myself or Terry. After my testing of the 8" fin bor with the cordless yesterday and found the ice SAFE ENOUGH FOR US, we made plans to go play. This is the time we like to try out our new toys and see what has to be improved on before we hit the big lake. Plus, we get to play with the video game. Well what I found this morning was the smitty needs wider skis. The narrow skis seem to dig and not float. Lesson learned. Other then that,it worked great. All my gear fit nice and was at the right height for a comfortable sit. As for being tippy,no problem at all. I got to drill lots of holes this morning with the 8". 27 to be exact. One battery lasted through 27 holes of 5 inches of ice and still had lots of juice left. Nice to get out and thats what it,s all about. Be safe out there, the hard water season has begun.

I heard about this on Friday. They made it sound like they were mint. Thats a bunch of scrap metal. Expensive scrap metal.LOL

Chicken prices are so stupid crazy. My god. The price of wings is so stupid,I dont even bother to even look anymore. I can buy ground turkey for less and make more of a meal out of it.

Forgot to get back to you. Heres what I paid today. Ontario pork. Full rack of side ribs. I cook these for like 4 hours on low. Primo. I dont like to buy bones.LOL Here I get 2 small roasts. Cost me $8 for two.

So what are they saying? Sell all our rods,reels tackle and boats? YA, like thats going to happen. All this over a musky. LOL I cant remember how many fish I have caught and released. Same goes with how many I have kept and ate and shared with others. It,s time. I think.

First ice is here and I really wanted to see what the difference would be between the 8" and 6" inch finbor 3 . As many know,the 6" fell out the back of my truck last weekend with a new improved attachment to boot,so this is just the 8". I can say right off the hope,the 8" dose work the drill a bit more, but Im happy with it. I had already cut about 5 holes before doing the video. Once Im out on more ice surface,I want to see how many I can cut with one battery. Cuts pretty sweet if you ask me.

I,ll be heading down to my fav store in a hour . I always get my ribs from this place. I,ll let you know what they are charging . As for those S&S rib cuts,they are way over priced no matter where you buy them.

Another vote for the Baffin Titians. This will be my forth season with them and there is no wear or cracking. Best winter boot I have owned. No worries of getting wet feet. I wear a pair of light wool socks and thats it. Dosent matter if Im out side fishing or in the hub.My feet are toasty warm. One piece of advise. Dont wear them while driving to your fishing spot. Your feet will sweat. I seen them at Cabelas for $109.
