Nice report Steve. They are a blast . Been using long rods and spinning reels on Simcoe for as long as I can remember. It,s just in the last 2 years,I have gone to using the pin instead of the spinning reel. Theres no drag,just the palm of my hand to control the fish. I also like the long rods for those hits that wont take the line off the clip. The rod tip will bounce enough to see they are on. Thanks for posting

Since changing to Bell,I cannot make the video appear. I hate that it redirects you to youtube. On another site,they have a youtube link in the task bar that allows the video appear, without having to click on the link and go to youtube. I have tried all the old school stuff here,but still just get the link to appear. Any help here would be great. Thanks.

Ok lets play this game. OOS fish. In the water,pliers in hand to release fish from hook.Fish is still in the water here. Grab hook with pliers or what ever,snap a shot and pull the hook. That works for me. NO SELFIE or what ever they call it. BTW Mike. Seen the signs bud. No biggie for me.
