I am officially prepared for the weather, i got myself a nice new rain suit and a pair of rubber boots. Now let's hope i can catch some fish out there tomorrow morning!
Thanks for the tips,
Michael
that was a long read. Good report, you covered a long time Again with the progression with your skills, you do better than most people do their first year of fishing. Congradulations on a good year and thanks for sharing!
I am going yet again to do shore fishing on Lake Scugog. I have one rod set up with a bass jig that has been the most productive bait so far this fall, but i have my 6'6 medium action spinning setup that needs to have something tied to it. I know next to nothing about fall patterns and working lures and soft plastics. The areas i fish use to be extremely weedy but now many of these weeds have died off. My only ideas is to use a texas rigged yum creature bait (blue) with a slip sinker. Thanks for any help

Hey it worked perfectly, I soaked the blades in vinegar with salt for a few minutes rinsed with water and gave each blade a good wipe. The tarnish was bugging me for awhile so im glad I asked how to take care of it. Here is the finished product:
Thank's a lot!
Just curious asto what is going on with the blades of almost all of my spinnerbaits. I have only used them a few times this past summer and have not even caught any fish on them! There seem's to be a tarnish or something on the blades. Can I scrub this off or do i now need to replace them. I thought these were "good" brands...this is only going on with my Strike King and my Booyah spinnerbaits. Here is a pic of what im seeing.
Thanks for any help.
