  1. Sound like an expensive weekend of fishing with those long runs. Well done on the big sacs of fish.
  2. Nice largie. She looks very healthy and green. Was she deep, shallow ?
  3. Hey guys, I did a search on Six Mile Lake and didnt get much info. Im wondering if I should target largies or smallies ? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
  4. Looks like your having a great season so far. Nice fish and ink too. Thanks for the report.
  5. I will take the Curado. Im away this weekend but can we meet up on Monday after work. Im in Scarborough near Bluffers. How new is the reel ?

  6. That thing is HUGE ! nice catch ! I will upload some pics later
  7. Not to highjack the thread but is it really a P.B. if its OOS ? Nice largie b.t.w
  8. W'happen to the hair ? Nice fish by the way !
  9. Looks like your really dailed into those lakers. Nice fish and happy fathers day !
  10. I had great success with them today on walleye until I had all of them bitten of by pike. I was using the green and white ones with matching grubs. Once I ran out of them I switched to bucktails.
  11. Great report and nice fish. Those Superior tribs look so peacefull and quiet. Your livin the life up there !
  12. Very cool trip guys. I love the big pike pics. Thanks for taking the time to show us your trip.
  13. As usual, your posts are full of great photos and big resident trout. Very nicely done !
  14. If you are learning and practicing skipping with a baitcaster try this...... Take a nice long cast and then add a small piece of electrical tape to your spool. This will stop the over ride and bad birds nests from happening. If you still get the odd birds nest it will only be as far as your original cast. When you have perfected this technique you can take the tape off. I hope this makes sense. I also agree with Garry. Stick to skipping senkos and weightless tubes. The soft entry wont spook fish.
  15. Great recap and photos. Some real fatties there. Persistance paid off big time. One day I hope to join you guys on a trip like that.
  16. Nice Musky. Care to share what she hit ?
  17. That place looks spectacular. Nice cottage and great fishing too. Congrats !
  18. My Sufix 832 is already white after 5 weeks of fishing. I dont think it casts any further than P.P. Any freshly spooled reel should cast far. We will have to see how it performs when temps drop below freezing. I suppose its all about personal preference.
  19. I also tried this line and I feel that it is very over rated. Power pro casts just as far. The whole issue about it not changing colour..... after 3 weeks of fishing its already white/light green. Sorry to highjack the thread
  20. Looks like a grand slam. Nicely done
  21. Thats awesome! send me a swimbait in pink, one spinnerbait and maybe that max rap. Oh and a hat too ! Nice score
  22. I was interested in the Procyon if it was a spinning rod. Is the Curado the E7. 7:1 ratio. If so would you take $100 for it ? I know the priceis pretty low but their on sale brand new for 159 at BPS

  23. I think your addicted too. Much better than some other addictions. Nice eye and crappie
