Gee, I wonder what made you decide to go to Paudash Lake
There is a launch at the marina just off of Hwy 28 on the left at the north end of Paudash Lake. The road is called Lake View Lane. It is a pay launch
Good luck
Hey guys,
I did a search on Six Mile Lake and didnt get much info. Im wondering if I should target largies or smallies ?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
I had great success with them today on walleye until I had all of them bitten of by pike. I was using the green and white ones with matching grubs. Once I ran out of them I switched to bucktails.
If you are learning and practicing skipping with a baitcaster try this......
Take a nice long cast and then add a small piece of electrical tape to your spool. This will stop the over ride and bad birds nests from happening. If you still get the odd birds nest it will only be as far as your original cast. When you have perfected this technique you can take the tape off. I hope this makes sense. I also agree with Garry. Stick to skipping senkos and weightless tubes. The soft entry wont spook fish.
My Sufix 832 is already white after 5 weeks of fishing. I dont think it casts any further than P.P. Any freshly spooled reel should cast far. We will have to see how it performs when temps drop below freezing. I suppose its all about personal preference.
I also tried this line and I feel that it is very over rated. Power pro casts just as far. The whole issue about it not changing colour..... after 3 weeks of fishing its already white/light green.
Sorry to highjack the thread
