My boat thats in the shop is a starcraft to, thats kind of ironic. I might have to take you up on that offer. I may just take my kayak out from my mom's, she lives right down from sunset point directly on the lake.

My boat still has the floor ripped out right down to the hull for repairs, doesn't look like it will be ready for at least another week, and the marina says that "they are not sure" if they can have my dads boat in the water by the weekend either. This might be the first time I've missed the walleye opener on Nipissing in, well, I can't remember....

The overstock bait site looks pretty good, definitely some excellent deals to be had. There was UPS in NB a while back but I think they just contract it out now, I haven't seen any big brown trucks driving around these parts for years. The UPS website says that my order is supposed to come in today so I'll give you all a report on what happens.

If I'm doing fish I like to use canola mixed with a small amount of butter, just for some added flavour. For general frying I always use just straight canola.

I have two of them, one spinning and one casting. They are pound for pound the best rods I have ever owned. You will not be disappointed with these rods.

I have traveled to the States on a regular basis for 15 years, mostly air travel though. I often find that boarder guards are rude, plain and simple. I know they are doing their job and I fully support that but they should at least require some person interaction skills.

unless you are pulling a transport trailer what the point. Yeah, maybe a tricked out F-350 or something like that would be reasonable, but common, that thing is pointless.

i think its kind of luck of the draw, there have been times where i've had to pay extra and times when i've just signed and said have a nice day.

I think this is a great idea. I wonder if something could be organized up here on Nipissing seeing as we have an airforce base here as well as a lot of ww2 vet's.

Not something we see up here(North Bay), but I would imagine it's actually quite prevalent down South. I would certainly be calling the MNR anytime I see something like that, every tip helps. Although, I'm guessing it would be hard to determine if they were legally caught/purchased
